Great course liked the fast pace

I feel now confident in the case of facing an emergency situation. Tracey gave us such a good overview of all the tricky situations you can face with a baby or child.

This was our second time with Mini First Aid and once again Judith and Emily were brilliant, the course were super informative and engaging!

They were very accomodating and tailored the first aid course to reflect our work setting. 10/10!

Sarah was brilliant from the beginning. We met her at a baby fayre a few weeks prior to taking the course and she explained all the options. We are expecting our first child and had both previously been first aid trained for work, but we wanted to make sure we were up to date and had the specialised knowledge for babies and children.

The day was really well organised, we got through all the topics efficiently and Sarah always made sure to highlight the most important points to remember and then explained the reasoning behind each approach.

We left feeling much more prepared incase anything ever does happen with our child or any other in our care.

Ps. Sarah made sure that each activity was accessible to everyone and explained alterations for pregnant mums, c-section recovery or any physical changes you needed to consider when administering CPR etc which was invaluable

My daughter attended the mini first aid course as she’s recently taken on babysitting duties, I wanted her to be equipped with knowledge on what to do incase of injury or an emergency. The course was ran by Jade who was very welcoming and knowledgable, allowed time for questions, the session was great and a really good basic level of first aid given.

It was a very informative meeting. Covering g all those aspects of first aid that you hope you will never need. But you never know if you or another person will need help. Lynn was very kind, introduced herself, helped with all our questions and walked us through the topics. Would encourage anyone thinking about taking this class to just book it. It won’t be a waste.

I attended the mini first aid course with Jess in Denbigh on 14/3/26, I had been looking for a course like this for a while so was happy to see this one advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning, I learnt so much and Jess was so knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I felt able to ask questions or ask for more information because it was such a relaxed session. The 2 hours flew by but all the information was shared clearly.
I took away a great deal and bought a First Aid Kit too for a reasonable price.
I would highly recommend these sessions!!

We highly recommend this course,gave us confidence that we would know what to do in an emergency and Liz (our instructor)was very informative,with practice demonstrations and covered all aspects of first aid and danger signs to look out for….very patient and more than happy to answer all questions.

Lell was a fantastic instructor/ teacher at our mini first aid class in SE London, she was welcoming, had a great sense of humour and a vast background of knowledge. We came away feeling confident that if our child was to need any medical help we would be able to help them till emergency services could get there, which is a huge relief. So thank you very much Lell!

We really enjoyed our mini first aid course delivered by Lynn. We found it really in depth and covered a wide range of first aid. We feel a lot more confidant with doing first aid ourselves now and would recommend anyone to do the course.

I did this course in Bury St Edmunds and the presenter Sue was excellent. The session was relaxed and at the right level for everyone. It was wonderful to brush up on my knowledge and I came away feeling a lot more confident about looking after my granddaughter. Highly recommend

Excellent course! Lell was super - clear, accessible information and easy-to-follow instructions. Would highly recommend to anyone who is/will be looking after children and infants and wants to be prepared to deal with any eventuality.

Really useful session. Plenty of locations and timings to chose from and great value for money.
Vanessa was really knowledgeable and created a lovely environment with no judgement where there are no ‘stupid questions’. Have come away feeling more confident and aware of treating my child from injuries

Lell from south east London training was a fabulous trainer. Learnt a lot and very practical for the reasons we signed up as new parents. Taught us more than we were expecting for a good price and in a good amount of time. Great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed it and very much recommend to parents old and new, as well as close family members and grandparents. Very glad to have met Lell who is an angel on Earth. Thanks so much.
