My experience from start to finish was fantastic, from the consultation all the way through to surgery day and even after. Mr Simon’s and his team gave the best patient care and answers and listened to all my concerns. Was realistic and honest about the results I wanted. Had breast augmentation in December and it’s honestly changed my life all thanks to mr Simon’s. The results was more than I ever could have imagined and the confidence it given me is something I never could have imagined. Honestly highly recommend

I’ve held off on writing this in the hope of an amicable resolution but alas no such luck.

Following a £2.8k facetite procedure with Ministry of Aesthtics in Torquay performed by Dr Simons, which did not yield results anywhere near expected, and several communications from me via email and phone, it’s sad that we find ourselves in this position.

Return communications from this company have been delayed, untrue and defensive (almost childlike) in tone. The response to my email complaint sited a number of situations which didn’t occur (saying they asked for payment / I didn’t pay etc) and felt they were construed as a veiled threat. Starting an email saying the organisation will not accept any abusive behaviour towards staff when no such thing has occurred doesn’t come across in the spirit of patient care and customer service. They were more interested in covering themselves and blaming others when a compression garment failed to be delivered three times and then frustration expressed when I contacted the manufacturer myself to obtain the garment. Why they don’t just hold a stock on site to save this concern is beyond me and when I suggested this I was told it was a good idea.

Followed this unfortunate situation I have requested my data via a subject matter access request and have received a small number of files (eg 2 photos where at least 12 were taken throughout the process and a hand scribbled note when I’ve not seen any consultation documentation, no copy of the waiver I signed, or follow up notes or emails). I have to also challenge this process as I was told the request had to be submitted to them by post, which breaches ICO guidance.

In summary - Processes are created of the fly, blame is dished out to patients and suppliers when things go wrong and no accountability taken.

Excuses and creative timelines are produced when you ask questions and blame allocated at every chance in an attempt to undermine the patient and have them go away.

It’s such a shame as i made it clear I was looking for a positive outcome from this large financial investment but it seems MoA is only interested in your cash.

Avoid at all cost and save your money. I’m sure this will receive a defensive follow up akin to that to the other 1 star reviews which have been posted, but what else would you expect?

Reflecting on one year to the day of having breast reduction surgery, I could not be any happier with how my body feels and that’s with huge thanks to Mr Simmons.
The initial assessment left me feeling sure in my decision. I was informed, supported and always given choice throughout.
Surgery day and aftercare was no different. A supportive team meant I always had someone to turn to. A few set backs in my recovery were made easier by the instant communication with Mr Simmons. He is a very approachable so I didn’t hesitate to contact him.
Although there is a huge distance in miles between us it felt like he was always right there. Even just for some reassurance, he is a very knowledgeable man.
I’m delighted with my results, I never went in with a size in mind but something to fit my body and I believe Mr Simmons has achieved just that.

I had my breast augmentation surgery with Mr Simons 8 weeks ago now at the Burcott Hall clinic & it was the best decision I've made.

Mr Simons was so thorough with explaining the procedure & answering all my questions.
