Anna Gu was very resourceful in helping me get started with the MiraMate Mat. She assisted me by ensuring all the the cables were properly set in place to get my mat to start working. I am very excited to have my mom use this device for her debilitating arthritic pain. I can’t wait to come back to report how it’s helped her.

I have just had online chat with Selina and she was excellent and very helpful. I had my spooky 2 points transferred to miramate. Though i had not registered yet with miramate or miramate light so Selina walked me though that process. Then Selina helped me with my order of a miramate wrist laser and sleep shades. Salina combined the order, used my points and sent me a link through pay pal. I so appreciate all of her assistance. Thank you
i wish to add that the only reason i transferred my spooky 2 points to miramate is that I have purchased 3 Gen X and a scalar machine and i have also bought 2 wrist lasers and my siblings find it very easy to use plus when i run their BFS there is a marked improvement after they have used to wrist laser daily as directed.

I had an experience where one of my XM Spooky Remote generators in my rig stopped outputting a signal yet the generator was still on and it's display showed it was still loading and making the wave forms the software was telling it to do. Lisa of spooky assist was very patient and helpful in detailing the "test" steps I should take to determine if there was in fact a rare fault occurring in a 5 month old generator or its Spooky2 Boost or Remote. I did as she suggested which was very logical fault-finding procedure, but then told her I am a hobby electronics tech of many years, so I also ran an output test on the XM generator with my oscilloscope and it proved beyond doubt that the output 1 & 2 of the generator had very little amplitude and also showed a +1 volt DC offset which it should not have done with the generator test programme. After several too and fro communications with LISA along with back up videos, a new replacement motherboad under Spooky2 warranty was quickly sent to me (5 days from Nanjing to Brisbane Australia!!!) and the XM generator now is working perfectly again in my small rig with its mates. Thank you Spooky2 and thank you Lisa. Highly recommended support and back up service.

The Customer Service is excellent. I had a minor problem and Customer Service resolved it quickly. I appreciate that immensely.

the minute i reached out to MiraMate, for some questions, Lisa Zhang immediately answered me. Within the two weeks we were in contact, she was very helpful and patient. I would have given up buying due to customs issues if i felt less supported. Her manner really gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase

I just ordered the Mini Magic. Can't rate the unit but I will say I have had a wonderful experience with their customer service. They have been so responsive to my questions via email. I also had to do a chat because I messed up my order and it was quickly resolved.

I can only say that if the unit is anywhere near as good as the customer service I have received so far than I will be totally thrilled and relieved of much pain.

Excellent, compassionate and attentive customer care. I was having problems with the promotion page. The site is thorough and easy to navigate. It was just a pop up that confused me. Lisa Zhang was so helpful and friendly. I'm very grateful to have found this site and such caring staff.

My mom tested the mat but it didn’t response. I emailed for help. Anne was professional and got back to me quickly. Mom followed the clear instruction to test again. It works! She’s very happy now! Thank you so much Anna, very appreciated!

The new mini magic auto stopped after 30 seconds. I contacted the customer service for assistance. The staff followed through the case and found that the power supply in the main unit is not ok. A new main unit is sending to me for further testing.

This is a company that answers. I had quite a complicated question about choosing between the big and mini magic instruments. It is not simple, in my case. Anna answered quickly, but mainly it was clear that she really read and understood my difficulty, and her answer was helpful and timely.

My mini magic quit working within 3 or 4 months and the company is sending me a replacement (I had to provide all sorts of information first). I am excited as I liked the results I get with it a lot.

Il semble que cet hôtel se dise 4 étoiles. Peut-être il y a 15 ans voire plus. Hôtel très vieillot. Bac de douche très ancien. Fuite d’eau au niveau de la pomme de douche si bien que le matin au réveil le tapis de bain était mouillé et le sol aussi. Porte d’accès très difficile à ouvrir. 4 euros par nuit et par personne de taxe de séjour : inoui. Petit déjeuner sans saveur. La personne en service un peu rustre. En fait je le déconseille fortement

I have bought SpookyX, scalar and the PEMF machines. The products are very affordable and the support is truly wonderful! Customer support person Soki was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. My power supply and Ray Gun were faulty but covered under the one year warranty. Replacement is to be sent to my shipping address, and I am looking forward to use again of this valuable healing tool.
