J'ai testé ainsi ; après un long footing, j'ai placé le light pade sur ma jambe droite : cuisse et mollet. Je n'ai pas eu d'autres pratiques assouplissement massage ou autre... Je n'ai rien fait sur la jambe gauche... La détente et la légèreté éprouvées dans la jambe droite comparée à la jambe gauche dans la journée témoignent de l'efficacité de light pade.

My Ray gun wouldn’t turn on. Tina at customer service told me to hold the ON switch longer to allow ions to be charged up. I did an it’s working & I’m happy.

Great customer service. I had an issue with my coil tester not lighting up to test my magic mat and I contacted the support team, and Kally was very helpful and ended up sending me another one and a coil tester. Thank you again for all your help Kally!

I recently bought a big Magic Mat from Miramate. Unfortunately, I connected the device up wrongly. I turned to the Support team at Miramate for help and was contacted by the wonderful, friendlyand helpful Tina, who patiently talked me through what I had done wrong. She was so helpful! I was in payment checkout page but the page was gone. So zoey manually sent me a paypal invoice link so I can be back to the final checkout steps. Look forward to Ray gun and hope it can ease my pain!

Very good service - I got an exchange device after my unit broke.

My husband and I have good friends who told us about MiraMate. Once I tried the cold laser wrist X, I was sold. My husband has been in a lot of pain from an accident during the floods two years ago. During the same floods I fell from a high vehicle and splinched my left leg breaking the tib and fib at ankle level. A couple of weeks later they realised my hip was also broken. We noticed immediate relief on trying out the cold laser and PEMF. Easy to use - amazing results!

Had a minor glitch at check out with a discount code that worked for only one of the two items I was purchasing. KY (not sure if I am allowed to mention her name here) at MiraMate Light was quick to understand the problem and come up with a solution so I could complete my order for both items and still use the discount. My products got stuck at the Customs Clearance and they sent them again via another Carrier Service, and I hadn't even requested this from them.

The Mini Miramate device’s battery wouldn’t work and I contacted their customer service. They responded quickly and helped me troubleshoot. I ended up needing a new device, which the shipped out right away, thanks!!!

I needed help for my kitty who has an inflamed urethra and bladder due to build up and a blockage. He has been in hospital 24 hours and the catheter put in twice now. I needed to know if the mat could help his inflammation and I was answered by a very kind and considerate person who cares about animals who said it could definitely help. I have hope now and can't wait for kitty to get home from hospital to get him on it. 🙏🏼 Great and kind customer care with MiraMate.

I’m fairly certain my machine isn’t working and I’m going around and around with customer service. They are absolutely trying their best to not understand the issue at all. Also, it’s a huge lag in delay, so I feel like they’ll completely burn through the return period.

Update to add that now one of the coils has stopped working. Don’t waste your money.

As always whether purchasing through MiraMate, Spooky2 or HeaWea - this company and its employees give outstanding service. Unlike many other companies, it does not end after purchase. Our family have had many successful outcomes with their products from each branch of their company. The sharing & help through the online community support base is fantastic also. Can’t fault this company which is led and populated by both ethical and sincere people who stick to their values.

Just ordered a BIG Magic Deluxe mat recently for my mom's Covid Recovery. Mat arrived and we were not able to get the Coil to show any activities. I reached out and Miramate responded quickly and with their help we were able to get the Coil to work.
I am very happy with their online and Whatsapps support. I plan to write another review about their product once we get the chance to see how it works and if it will help with Covid recovery. Thank you.
