Dear John,
Thank you for your feedback, we value the insights of all our clients, regardless of project size or budget. However, we do feel it is important that we address some of the points raised in your review.
Firstly, we do regret you feel the time it took for your server build to be completed was to long. We always strive to deliver work as quickly as possible. However, the work was near completion, the statement that the work was barely 3% completed is inaccurate. Consistent communication was maintained with you, through which you expressed you were feeling happy with the work and, its progress.
Regarding the lack of organization: Our team uses some of the best software and web applications alongside vigorous integrations to maintain an efficient, productive work environment. I do understand that one of our developers had to hand of your work to another due to a family emergency however, the work was immediately picked up and progress was being made. You never expressed distastefulness about the work being delegated to another developer and, worked well with them to get your project going.
As for our staffing, we do bring in our team on a per-project basis but I do not see how this is of concern, especially when our team have worked tirelessly with many clients who never expressed any dissatisfaction with the work provided.
Lastly, Mirasaki Development does not deliver work in bits and bobs, with a server setup, we deliver all the work at the end and, our transcripts show that you were happy with the progress of the project until you abruptly left without notice and did not communicate how you felt, previous to you leaving, you expressed in a voice call with the developer that you were happy and were asking for changes to some of the work being done.
We're sorry that your experience didn't align with what you had in mind and, we hope that your server continues to work out. Please feel free to speak with us regarding any concerns or issues you may have.
Best regards,
Kieran
