Please do not buy from this website,it's a scam. I bought a dress advertised online as 100% cotton, this was early June, the dress took forever to reach and I had to chase them all the time, their response is always polite but really I needed the dress to be delivered.

Finally the dress came end of July and I opened it with excitement, oh what an utter disappointment, the worst quality of Polyester that really felt like plastic, hazard to my health. I returned it and the return policy was shocking and they dragged the whole proces when I asked for return label and address, unnecessary backwards and forwards, had to be be firm to get it.

The posting cost was another story but thank goodness the post office suggested posting with Evri which was cheaper than Royal mail. The posting cost was still way too much but i was determinedto see through this....I send it back early August and attached the receipt.

My refund finally came last week after battling with them. Please never buy from them!!!!!!!

This is a scam people. Don’t buy anything from here. The products quality, styles are not as you see at all from their advertising. The clothes are worst than from market in Uk.
And there no chance you can get the refund as the company is based in China.
The cost to post back the products are more expensive than what have paid for your goods.

This company absolutely fraud. They mislead customers by giving wrong advertisement and cheat customers sending cheap products from China. Scam company ! Stay away!

Buyers beware.. Impossible returns to this company.. ( warehouse NOT LONDON based) they expect you to pay £33.70 for return tracked postage to China, which would have been more than the cost of the £30 dress ..after several correspondence I reluctantly accepted the £5.99 refund and gave the dress to charity.

I bought a dress but what I got was way different from the one on advert. It took quite a while before delivery which made me wonder as I thought it was from local, given the name, only to note that it was from China. I raised a dispute and was given an option of being paid back 10%of the price which I declined. I kept writing them asking for return address which I was eventually given but was told that the do not cover return costs. I was again given an option of getting a refund of 20% of the price and keep the dress. I had no other option but to accept the offer but the dress is not worthy even giving to charity. Everything about it is wrong, quality, style, fitness etc. I was stupid to buy before reading the reviews and I hope this is warning to would be victims. This is a no no site and if there was no star ratting I would have chosen it.

We placed an order for a dress of end of June after a delay it finally arrived 6 weeks later. When it arrived it was the wrong dress, style and colour. When I asked about returns they said they will refund 10% and can keep the dress. If we want a full refund we have to pay for shipment back to America and refund 10 weeks. Miriam are an absolute shambles. They advertise 5 stars on Trust Pilot which must be an untruth. They advertise full refunds by return, another untruth. If I had the time I would investigate the positive reviews, because they cannot be genuine. Never buy anything from them.

Goods not as described, cheap rubbish not even made from the materials advertised. Useless customer service that don't understand customer rights. Return label on package is for England but no refund without shipping to China at great expense.

Its company is not in london material is polyester than cotton it's totally different quality is very poor. I'm asking for refund they still didn't refund me all most six week company not give me return information I never ever use this company again.be careful if you order.

Terrible quality quotes linen and it is cheap polyester. No refunds offered if you want to return it you have to pay for shipping back to China. This could cost as much as item. Terrible con do not buy from this company .

The dress was described as made of cotton/linen mix. It is 100%polyester. Useless in the heat. Bad for the planet.
Pattern rather nice but sadly won’t be worn.

Dress advertised as being made of 100% cotton/linen mix but dress received was 95% cheap, heavy duty polyester. Ordered small size but dress was enormous. Money back guarantee worthless. Need to return dress to China by courier at my expense in order to claim a full refund. Wouldn’t trust this firm. The dress is worthless and will go in the bin.

If I could write no stars, I would. This company should be closed down.
I ordered a blue on white dress that said it was 100% cotton, but it was totally synthetic and the wrong colourway. It took over 3 weeks to get to me when they quoted 3-5 working days.
They expected me to return it to China which would have cost me a lot of money. The company's name was Miriam London. No mention of China.

The item described and pictured on website is not what they send you. I thought I was purchasing a nice blue linen summer dress. However they sent me something completely different to pictured and is a cheap tacky dress. They then make it hard for you to return items, persuading you with half price discount for partial refund. For a full refund they expectation is that you send it to China at your cost and if and when they receive it, they will then refund the money. Totally disgusting service and a misleading service.

This company is based in China but masquerades as British. I was sent two 🕝 incorrect dresses of extremely low quality. They do not resemble their pictures at all. I said I wanted to return them as they sent the wrong ones. They say either they give a partial refund of 20% or I pay to return them. Utter scam. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards for breach of Consumer Goods Act.

Do not order from this company. The photos of the dresses are totally misleading. The fabric is awful cheap fabric when I thought I was ordering linen. The delivery took almost a month. I will see now if they refund and if it’s worth sending them back. I just could not wear these synthetic dresses, generally I’m not too fussy but these are nothing like one orders. Their website says 30 day free return but they do not pay for the return and it is costly as it is to China. Very misleading company. The most they will refund is 20%.

This is a fake company and took nearly a month to dress arrive. They have cheated me so much and dress was so bad and squeezed like a oaper and belt from another design

It was sent wrong size I ordered size s but it is so big. The dress is not as the picture on website, fabric is very poor. They are scramer.

Disappointing product and poor after-sales service

I am sharing my personal experience to help other customers make an informed decision.

I ordered a coat from Miriam London after seeing its online advertisement, which described the company as a long-established London fashion store.

When the coat arrived, it looked significantly different from the product shown in the advertisement.

I requested a full refund. Instead, I was offered only a 10% refund if I kept the coat. I declined the offer and requested a full refund again.

It has now been over a month, and I have received no further response.

Looking back, I realised that the impression I got from the advertisement was different from what I later discovered about the company’s shipping and return arrangements. If I had known this before placing my order, I would not have bought the coat.
Before ordering, I would suggest checking:

Can you verify that the company has a physical store?
Have you read the return and refund policy carefully?
Where do returns need to be sent?
Who pays for return shipping?
Where are the products shipped from?
I hope my experience helps other customers make a more informed decision.

Complete scam. Their website pretends they have a shop in London but it's AI. No street address on the website. The website shows quality linen dresses. What you receive is cheap nylon rubbish direct from a factory in China. Not even fit for a charity shop. And for returns you have to pay postage to China.

Omg what an awful dress. Thin polyester. How misleading. I couldn't believe it when I unpacked it. Wanted to wear it to a special occasion. I wouldn't be seen dead in it. I threw it straight in the dustbin. Id be to embarrassed to even give it to charity. It's the worst item of clothing I have ever bought. Totally disgusted & disappointed. You should be ashamed. I would give you no stars if I could!
