I will never buy from this robbing company again. I ordered 2 jackets by mistake i paid for the return and luckily i took pictures of everything. I kept getting we having looked at the product yet it was a record message every time id send a email. I got intouch with PayPal i showed all my proof of returns, luckily i got my money back. What sort of company are we dealing with? They need shutting down

Would give no stars if could returns process is deliberately misleading says csn use Evri but no option for misguided anymore they probably been banned for non pmt says use ups but have to have valid email fir misguided but they won’t give me one despite 2 requests sss as me fir DPD think it is deliberate so have to keep the goods I will be doing a bank chargeback and reporting them to trading standards

As other reviews have said, not even worth one star. Still waiting on refund for poor quality item and absolutely no response to any of my emails (5th sent today). Such poor customer service and will not be buying from this joke of a company again.

No return process, you need to fill in a contact form to arrange return but they never get back to you! Avoid! Order was placed 18th May 25.

I have ordered from Misguided in the past, but never had an issue until I recently made a purchase online but needed to return an item. I paid to return the item via Inpost and not ha a refund and it’s been over three weeks now. Won’t be ordering from Misguided again.

Scam company…please believe the bad reviews and appallingly low score overall. Avoid. They don’t like to refund customers…still waiting despite many many emails. Sooo many bad comments on their Facebook page. If your lucky to get what you pay for you will not get a refund even after months of asking. It’s not just a few people, it’s loads and this company is well known for not refunding. I wish I had seen Facebook before ever ordering

Total scam!
I placed the order, It didn't arrive in a month so I wrote the message to the customer service, they declared themselves "NOT RESPONSABLE". They had a status change so they are NOT RESPONSABLE for the undelivered orders of the old company!!! As a customer I have the right to get what I paid for! Or get my money back without claims, emails, and other waist of time! This is the total scam!
Delayed delivery's - Poor Communication
Ordered some items for Sunday delivery on Friday morning. Nothing by Monday no email or anything. Tried to contact via Email and Facebook nothing for a day. Tuesday evening managed to get on to the instant messaging to be told that due to an 'It error' it has not left the depot.
I understand mistakes happen but 2 days past arrival date with no effort to contact myself is not good enough.
Pearl on the chat was helpful and finally managed to get me the info I needed and it's the only reason they don't have one star in this review.
Seen alot of bad reviews recently for misguided and had bad experiences in recent years. I will be thinking carefully about ordering with them next time.

Paid for next day delivery no item! No tracking information, no response to emails nothing. No wonder they have gone into administration. If I have not received my refund I will take this further as per my email sent to them!
Terrible returns
Missguided delivery is great, I have never had an issue, however their returns are horrendous. I have returned 4 times with Missguided and on all 4 occasions they have never contacted me to say they had received them or refunded me, I have had to contact them each time about 3 weeks later for my refunds. Currently waiting on another refund at the moment, it’s been 11 days since I sent it back, so will no doubt have to contact them again next week!

Returned an item following all instructions it was then sent back to me!! Returned again 2 weeks ago received at their depot and have been told the refund will “fire” into my account by 20th May. I believe this is far too long to wait. I ordered from Boohoo same day abs received refund last week

Terrible. My order was faulty I got in touch via the web chat. I was told by “Nonhlanhla” that I was refunded. I waited and received no refund or email. I had to get in touch again and another agent refunded it immediately and I received an email.
It would be great if you didn’t waste customers time.
