Beautiful outfit and the quality is amazing!

The communication was excellent, with responses provided within one business day. Mishuuu offered expert guidance on selecting the ideal size between small and medium prior to my purchase. Additionally, Mishuuu successfully located the exact outfit I was unable to find on the website. Although I initially incurred a tariff for the delivery, Mishuuu promptly reimbursed the full amount. I highly recommend Mishuuu to my friends and family.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Worst Shopping Experience Ever!

This has been one of the worst and most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had!

I placed my order at the beginning of October and paid extra for express shipping (3–5 business days) because I needed the items for a wedding on October 10.

Before placing my order, I spoke with a customer service representative through live chat, who personally assured me that my entire order would arrive before October 10. Based on that promise, I went ahead with my purchase and paid the additional shipping fee.

Unfortunately, I did not receive even part of my order until after October 14, four days after the wedding! Even worse, I still have not received the rest of my order.

I have sent multiple messages and made several phone calls regarding the missing items. I also repeatedly asked for instructions on how to return the items that arrived late, since they were no longer useful to me after the wedding.

Not a single person has responded to my messages, returned my calls, or offered any assistance.

This is completely unacceptable! I paid extra for express shipping, trusted the company’s delivery promise, and ended up receiving only part of my order after the event. To make matters worse, the company has completely ignored my attempts to resolve the situation.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, honesty, communication, and accountability.

I expect an immediate response, a full refund for the missing and late items, and reimbursement of the express shipping fee I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised.

A company should not make delivery promises it cannot keep and then ignore customers when something goes wrong.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company, especially if they need their items by a specific date

I totally loved my brown colored saree. It was perfectly draped and sizes were just right. I gave it 4 stars cause the packaging was not so good. I had to iron the whole saree before my event. It did come on time and had to pay the custom duty.

I really like the beads work on the outfit. Good quality of material and the color is very pretty. They delivered very quickly in few business days.

Ordered the black classic saree. It arrived very fast and is exactly as shown. Fitting is perfect. I’ll be ordering more!

Outfit is beautiful.. Fits well brilliant delivery would definitely order again.

I ordered a pre stitched Saree and ask if they could shorten the length, which they said they would . When outfit arrived they had simply cut the skirt portion which was not even straight and did not hem it. Then the Saree portion was left with original length. I sent the pictures and told this was not done properly. They simple offer $10 to have it corrected in the US. Tailor said due the silky fabric cutting it while attached is very difficult and they advise best to return it. If they tried it would still cost $40 and to hem the skirt fabric.Mishuuu refused to take responsibility for their error and simple offered $15 off. The outfit overall was very poor quality. I have never ordered clothes from India for this reason there is no recourse for bad quality.

The package was very well delivered. The content of the outfit was very nice, although it was slightly big on me but still a nice outfit. The package was delivered fast and efficient. I will most certainly continue to be a customer.

I cannot believe how quickly the outfit arrived and even though it was slightly big I ordered a bigger size just to be safe and was able to easily tuck it in for the event. The quality color and presentation are exactly as shown on the website. Extremely happy with product!

Quality of the items ordered was not as expected or as depicted in the pictures. One item was grossly distorted and was unrepairable by local tailors. This item was returned and a full refund was requested but denied. The second item was fixed with significant alterations costing 50% of the cost of the garment. While customer service has been responsive, the issues were not satisfactorily resolved.

An outfit misold with the wrong information.
No full refund offered just 10% refund, very poor especially when the company is at fault.

Also another order returned still not received money back after paying a ridiculous amount for postage.
