I cannot believe how quickly the outfit arrived and even though it was slightly big I ordered a bigger size just to be safe and was able to easily tuck it in for the event. The quality color and presentation are exactly as shown on the website. Extremely happy with product!

Quality of the items ordered was not as depicted on the website
Quality of the items ordered was not as expected or as depicted in the pictures. One item was grossly distorted and was unrepairable by local tailors. This item was returned and a full refund was requested but denied. The second item was fixed with significant alterations costing 50% of the cost of the garment. While customer service has been responsive, the issues were not satisfactorily resolved.

Disappointing experience
An outfit misold with the wrong information.
No full refund offered just 10% refund, very poor especially when the company is at fault.
Also another order returned still not received money back after paying a ridiculous amount for postage.

The outfit is very pretty
The outfit is very pretty, plum color is gorgeous.
I just wish the top had more soft flexible fabric for fitting because it’s so stiff and uncomfortable. The bottom skirt had lots of loose threads and the hem was poorly done.

Poor return policy
Poor customer expereince. Charged me $45 for returing $85 product. Its been 10 days but no refund yet. Also, they dont refund bavk to your card but a store credit.
