This company is honestly so pathetic, I should have listened when others said do not shop here. They sent me shoes with dirty finger prints on them and are lying and saying they cannot see it. Their customer service is the most horrible I’ve experienced. If you want my advice, save your $$$ DO NOT SHOP HERE

Never recieved my order. Never again will I trust this site.Ive been for months looking to purchaseI finally did now Im out 64 bucks, I usually spend more. But I feel scammmmmmed

I haven’t received my package yet they said they file a claim and I haven’t heard from them yet! My first time and I do not buying anything else from Miss Lola bad customer service,no package and no one is replying my emails.

I ordered 3pairs of loafers. Sent them back within a couple of days because they were way too narrow; and I paid the $20 shipping fee on top of all that !
It's been over a month and I have not recieved any correspondence in regards to the returned items- nor have they refunded my $84.90.
And there does not seem to be any legitimate way of contacting them- because they tell you to send an email, and then they ignore your emails.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option I still haven’t received my package and it’s been over 30 days to ship to Aus, absolute joke. I messaged the company thinking it was lost and they said oh sorry shipping delays.. it sat in the same sport for 20days before moving and still hasn’t even made it to my country, do not purchase!

I wear a size 10 and it is hard sometimes to find shoes that I like and the styles I like. I have purchases many shoes from Miss Lola even when it was Lola Boutique. And did I mention I have big calves as well. This is where I get my shoes. I have only sent one pair back cause they was a narrow fit. You take chances ordering shoes on-line but I'm never disappointed at all when I receive anything from Miss Lola. And the quality is 100%. Also shipping dates are on point. You can at least speak with someone. And also shoes are perfectly wrapped in these shoe wraps that have MISS LOLA on it, also discount cards for your next purchase as well..But those are entitled to their opinion. I love MISS LOLA and a fan for life.

I bought some platform sandals a few months ago and the back side of the shoe ripped off within hours of the first use. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all, making it so difficult for me to get my money back even after I sent them pictures. Till this day I still have those useless shoes that I only got to wear FOR A FEW HOURS

I haven't ordered anything from this company. I stumbled across the website because I did a reverse image lookup on a pair of shoes I found on "Shoesido". I thought it was strange, no one was leaving comments on their (Shoesido) pg. Come to find out the shoes from Shoesido were the exact pair of shoes on MissLola. Now what i found strange on MissLola's Instagram pg, is that ppl were leaving emojis in the comment section, instead of actual comments. Seems like a red flag. Which is a pity because i really liked those shoes.

First time purchasing items here. The jewelry is really nice, however, the shoes are deceiving on the website. Like past reviews, they are from a different brand like soda. On the picture the brand name wasn’t even on there. Not sure if I’d want to purchase again

The quality of there shoes is so disappointing. So cheaply made, both sandals fell apart after 4 weeks. Won’t ever be purchasing from this website again.

THEY ARE A SCAM STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM I have yet to receive my order that i placed over 3 months ago :(

I placed my order on 5/16/2020 which was a Saturday. Their policy is that they do not ship over the weekend and the order will be shipped the following business day. Cool. But, my order SUPPOSEDLY was shipped on 5/19/2020 which was a Tuesday. Following business day is Monday. I went to the carrier they use(Ontrack) to track my package. On the shipping carrier’s website, the status says they never received my package to be shipped and only shipping info. So I wait a few days and the status is still the same. No package received from Lola. I called Ontrack and spoke to a live person and Lola still has not sent them the shoes to be shipped. I chose ground shipping 1-6 business days. Today is 5/27/2020 and 1-6 business days should be 5/28/2020. I emailed a rep and was told an investigation will take 1-5 days. I don’t don’t I will receive my shoes on time. I needed the shoes for my birthday and I am upset and want a refund.

The shipping for people who aren’t in America is very bad, and it’s very expensive. If you want a return, they will not pay anything you’ll have to take the responsabilities.

The one thing about me is I love shoes and I'm 100% an online shopper. Because I'm now into the clear shoe trend, I have been looking at sites, various sites and ordering shoes. Well, excitedly,nI came across Miss LoLa... The one this about me is that I will try the site and then share the information fellow shoes lovers, well, I made my purchase, shoes came in record timeming from California as normally my shoes take forever for processing and shipping time. I waited until.the next day to open the box since I got it late. Well, totally different experience. The shoes are in a bag rather than a shoe box, where as other sites I order from like flashybox or shoedazzle but the shoes in side of the protective bag then in the shoe box and then place the show box inside of the box. I didn't really notice it right away when I posted my new shoes on my social media pages, but as I toolk a closer look I could tell that the rhinestones on the top and the bottom band of the shoe slid as well as came off. As I have been emailing back and forth with a representative who then asked for photos of the bottom of the shoe, and I'm sure to see if the shoe as been worn, but instead says it for quality controlling, I noticed even my issues with the shoe. The Rhinestones are not individually placed but rather the rhinestones strip that is pre glued. Stuck on and them stitched to keep in place, the rhinestones have yellowed and the stiching is is coming off at the seems. Now, I live nin Chicago, so the shoe cannot even be worn with the weather that we're having at this time, which means that before I can even get a chance to where this "$50" it will more than likely darn near fall apart. Thus far, being a first time buyer this has not been a great experience. There is no number to call, no name as to who I have been speaking with via email and no Facebook messenger. At this point as I have emailed them, Im glad they had me take more photos of the shoe because had I not, I would have never noticed the other issue.

Honestly was scared to death when I purchased because they were formally Lola shoetique and the reviews were terrible but... I ordered the shoes came quick! They are decent quality for the price and run true to size. I’m a 9 but I was worried they would run small so I got a 10 and they are big. The shoes I ordered have lots of rinestone details and a few came out but nothing major. I’m a happy customer!

I have ordered probably 15 pairs of shoes from this company. They are NOT cheap, hold up well, and are excellently priced. Fast shipping, legit company, and amazing customer service.

This site is legit, the shoes are definitely dope and I absolutely will continue to buy from them.
