Unfortunately, I purchased two bedside lamps without reading reviews of this company. A mistake I will never make again. A couple of hours after placing the order (after seeing reviews after a suspicious feeling), I tried to cancel the order. The customer service representative via email said it wasn’t possible as they had processed it and it was on its way… The lamps did come one month later. The quality is awful and mine came with usb plugs and were terribly cheaply made. I paid over $200 for these. A terrible experience with an unethical company that I hope others do not make the same mistake.

Such a scam! Product with the poorest quality! No return option, just a huge loss. They easily mimic like an online store in Germany, but the products are from China

Absolute scam site !!! It all comes off Temu and is nothing like the descriptions !after a 6 week wait - Ordered a glass light and it was metal !!!!

This is definitely a scam site. I forgot to check the reviews first.
I got the order confirmation text (no email), realised that the place wasn't based in Melbourne and rushed to contact them to cancel my order. They did answer my email, but asked for the order number (which I already had provided in the email title). Although I responded immediately they refused to contact me since.

They advertise as luxury lighting but it's a ruse. When I got the shipping info I saw it's shipping from China, which made me feel very deceived as I specifically bought from them on the basis that they're in Melbourne, Australia and therefore shipping will be quick. The table lamp I received was very cheaply made. I could've bought a $7 lamp from Temu for the same experience, instead I paid $80 with Misterlamp :)

I have had the same experience as previous reviewers on this page. Wish I'd seen these before I purchased 3 ceiling lamps totalling just over $1K Aus. Two were damaged at manufacturer, 1 is so badly made it can't be mounted without breaking the strip of globes and was missing a part . Another was rusty inside and lights off centre. The company did answer my emails but after providing them with photos they considered this all to be minor damage !!
The lights had no indication that they met Australian standards despite the company pretending to be an Australian Website and providing a London address on their home contact page. I requested a full refund but best offer was a 25% refund for 2 of the lights or replacement of these shoddy lights that can't be wired into Australian houses. If I want a full refund I have to return all 3 lights to China at my expense. ....to an address I can't find on Google maps.
I'll raise a case with paypal, fingers crossed they can assist.

Bought pendant lights that were received not as advertised. Product shows E27 screw in light, but lights come with LED puk that have transformers not suited to Australian system. Electrician tried several times to install and to correspond with them, before I took over asking for a refund. Their best offer was a 20% refund and I could keep the unusable lights! About to take them to ACCC/Ombudsman. Wish I had read all these terrible reviews before buying from them. The only way to contact them is by email where 'Sophie' says the same thing over and over 'so sorry to hear of your problem' but then not following up with an actual refund. Before you buy know they are NOT in Melbourne. They are in an undisclosed OS country. Do not use.

I have been waiting for months for my lamps. After contacting them several times, I received offers for $10 off my next purchase and a tracking number that doesn't exit as a response. There won't be a next purchase. I've asked for a refund if they can't supply them but I'm not hopeful.

Do not order from this seller. They are a scam. I ordered a lamp for 80 bucks and it has arrived damaged and is of v poor quality. The website said free returns when i ordered it and now they are not agreeing to return/refund. They are not melbourne based.
The lamp is such poor quality that it probably wont last more than a few months.

I received the lights 2 months later and ALL Broken!

This is not an Australian company in spite of how they present themselves. The items I bought came from china, poorly packaged, pretty poor quality, and damaged. They advised me that the items had to be sent at my expense back to china for a refund, even though the items were damaged. Don’t buy from this company.

Do not purchase goods from this seller. They're fooling consumers with a nicely made website that claims to be a Melbourne based business when they're really charging obscene prices for low-quality junk made in China.
It was only when they arrived, after 6 weeks, that I saw the packaging and immediately realised I'd been scammed.
And I just found the lamps I purchased for $80 each (supposedly on sale from $160 each) on AliExpress for $12 each.

SCAM SCAM SCAM website. Do not use. The website is based in Hong Kong. The phone number is a fraud. The website is a fraud. Very well disguised as they even forward delivery details, but trust me, if you buy, you will be scammed. Fortunately my bank came good with full refund, but best you avoid the hassle of this scam.

Lamps took ages to arrive and were not aa advertised. Cheap and plastic, made in China NOT melbourne as advertised. Did not come with an Australian plug. Impossible to do return and get refund. Emails not answered and then requesting I return to China at my own expense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Seems I had the same experience as other customers. when my ceiling lights ( finally) arrived, my electrician refused to install them as the lights did not have the RCM tag, which confirms the product meets Australian and NZ standards. I sent the company a link to the website which actually states it is an offence to sell products without this tag. Misterlamp did not give a #%* - their response was that I could send the lights back to China at my expense if I wanted a refund. Having now spent close to $400 ( the lights plus the electricians call out fee) I don't trust spending any more money on this DODGY company.

Like all the other reviews, I thought they were based in Melbourne.

I also don't seem to be able to leave a review on Google. So I hope this review helps others.

At least it arrived. Very slow to arrive. I thought it was a scam but if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Tracking code was useless. Customer support was nothing but excuses.

Not sure how long they last but finally, my lamps have arrived.

I only wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed my order. As all of the other reviews state, they are NOT based in Melbourne. They are based in China and list a fake phone number on their website. I received my order after 3 weeks and it was faulty. They said they'd refund only if I paid $40 to return it to them but I don't trust they would even do that!
