Impeccable customer service from Olive. This was my first time shopping with the brand, and unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered trousers to my old address. The team helped me immediately, contacting the courier on my behalf to have the package returned to sender so it could be resent to my correct address. They were even kind enough to cover the postage costs, despite it being my error.

Additionally, they allowed me to return another pair of trousers that were too small, even though the 14-day return period had passed. The team has been incredibly helpful, promptly answering all my enquiries and assisting me every step of the way.

Beyond the stellar customer service, the wool trousers are high-quality and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, an excellent experience with great value for money and genuine customer care. Thank you very much!

Would give zero if could! Two experiences of the worst customer service. Clothes also poor quality and il fitting. Told have to wait 6 weeks for them to replace or refund me an item that’s clearly missing.

I sent an eBay parcel to Olive by mistake :/ They were absolutely wonderful about it. They patiently replied to all my emails and explained I could email them a postage label and they would look out for the parcel and forward it on with their own post! I can’t believe they would go to so much trouble to help me even though they had nothing to gain from it. What a fantastic company!! Thank you x

Was super fond of a style of jacket Olive had released but the colour wasn't really my style. Shot them a message to see if they were going to make it in my desired colour, which they expressed it wasn't currently planned. However, they organised getting a one off made for me in the colour I wanted. The jacket arrived and it's more than I could have hoped for.

Quality is always unreal from these guys and they were lovely to deal with on the customer service side, thanks so much again!

I saw a beautiful leather bag on this website reminded me of the Alaia bag. It was out of stock so I emailed Olive clothing. They responded and advised should be restocked within a week. I have now purchased the bag and it’s beautiful. Their communication was fabulous would definitely use this website again.

My lovely husband bought me a dress from Olive (Tasha wrap check). It was ordered around 5 o'clock on Friday evening. Yes, he did pay for next day delivery but we were surprised when it arrived around 10.30 next day. Thank you for such excellent service! I love the dress, very good quality. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

It’s like ordering something off aliexpress, except everything’s really expensive.

The designs are so cute but when they arrive it’s such a let down. I bought the check strap dress and a jumper - the fabric on the dress was cheap and am nasty and the adjustable straps kept slipping to the loosest setting - even while just trying on!

The jumper moults fluff onto EVERYTHING in the house. When I hand washed it the whole bathroom was covered in fluff. Post wash it’s very itchy. I messaged customer service and they advised me not to wash the jumper as much as possible…. ?! I’m going to need wash my clothes…….

I tried Olive once 10 years ago and had a similar experience. It was like they’d cut a triangle shape out for the skirt and I looked ridiculous. I thought I’d give them another go but it was just a waste of £200

Don’t do it! Looks cute - very poor execution to the point of barely being wearable

I now have four fabulous jumpers from Olive. The company is my favourite place for cosy knitwear. East ordering and they even double checked with me when my recently changed house name didn’t come up in the address system.

I ordered for the first time from Olive and I was looking for a gingham skirt online, something that felt like me which feels like a never ending task when I don't like to follow the usual trends.

The skirt is so beautiful, I feel like I've skipped out of Anne of green gables, I also ordered the navy cardigan with beautiful buttons and again wow, what a flattering fit, it's so vintage inspired with wonderful fabric it's wool yet not itchy which is something I always struggle with..you can feel the quality and thr blue is stunning it almost has hints of purple to give it that slate colour.

I think I've found my brand! The skirt has pockets too which i love love love as us women need pockets too guys!

The postage was really quick even more so considering it's between chrostmas and newyear, it came well wrapped and packed with royal mail.

I may sound a bit OTT but recently I've been on a mission to find myself coming closer to 40 and this little outfit has filled me with joy!

The cut is beautiful on their volk wool pants, the finish details too, BUT the fabric quality is not acceptable. In higher stress areas there's HEAVY pilling, connected to low quality fabric. I'd wished for a higher percentage of wool..

Received my order quite quickly and found no faults whatsoever. I really like the drape of the blouse and look forward to layering it for the winter/spring.

Extremely poor customer relations. The cardigan I bought looks cheap and the quality of the stitching is poor. It is impossible to return and get a refund.
Don’t buy from them.
