The printing experience from designing to receiving the actual product was 10/10. The website is user friendly, shipping was on time, and most importantly the quality of my books are 10/10. Mixam is top-tier and on the top of my list of printing companies.

The AI program help me a lot along the way and made the whole thing a fun creative project. The book turned out beautifully and I am so pleased.

The company offered me a quote for printing which I paid. They then place my order into production and only after this have then increased the price and told me they put it into production as a 'goodwill' gesture but refused to refund me, so leaving me with the option that I pay beyond their quote that they gave me, or I lose my money.
Their company made a mistake by putting the product into production without due diligence and are trying to foot the cost of their mistakes on me, making decisions on my money without consultation, and ultimately expecting me to foot as the customer to foot the bill for their error.

Mixam is the best printing service in the biz. I'm an indie author and I have yet to find a better place that is reasonably priced, reliable, and good at what they do. 10/10 will continue to use them regularly

Great prices and excellent quality with an upload web page that is fairly straightforward. Fast turnaround too.

My book came out better than I expected. Love the quality and showing to locals shops to offer it as an option to be sold in the store.

I really enjoy creating my first time experience of producing my art process book. It was very helpful and provided a better way to organize my pages for my personal project. I'm still interested in using it if I decide to create more art books.

In theory this place should be incredibly helpful but in practice delivery estimates are VERY often WAY off so if you actually need your product by a certain date then I suggest using someone else because they more than likely will not hit the delivery date they tell you. Also, if you speak to their representatives via chat and change anything that too most likely will not get done. The amount of times I have been told "sorry for the inconvenience" is staggering. After this last time we will no longer be using their services.

The best printer ever, for indie comics….har gone through a few and Mixam is fantastic. Thank you

Wonderful quality and expectation time for arrival was quick! Plus the fuction to put the book together was great and easy to use!

This was my first book. Everything was a learning curve, however this was to be expected. A huge undertaking on my part.

Mixam web site, guidance and chat greatly assisted in walking me through each individual step. Even if I did not correctly understand some of the layout/formatting difficulties, they patiently walked me through.

Once my book was completed and uploaded into the Mixam program, it allowed for me to review and edit until everything was to my satisfaction. Great software program for editing and self-publishing.

Once my order was submitted, communication was exceptional, everything from formatting questions to delivery. Perfect

My initial order of 25 books was a good start for me, however if interest in my book does increase, I now have the ability to just request additional copies without going through the entire process all over again.

As I mentioned, this was my first book, and this experience was rewarding. However once receiving my order and going through the copies I just could not believe how “Professional” the results. I truly felt I had accomplished something noteworthy and Mixam made it all possible.

Greatly appreciate Mixam and the folks who make it happen.

I thought I had come across a terrific print on demand and fulfillment service for my children's book series. The print cost was great. The proof copy I got was awesome! So I went Head with publishing. But when I went to actually buy one of my books to send to my mother, that $4.60 print cost suddenly had taxes and shipping attached to it. I know that is how POD works. BUT - the price jumped to OVER $51.00!!! $34.00 to ship one 5.5"x8.5" 48 page booklet! Tell me. Who is ever going to pay $51.00 for a child's book? Had to cancel the order and find another provider.

The website offers all the info needed for someone new to printing to make choices and format the material correctly, the quote building tool is very helpful and precise, and the uploading UX is very straightforward. The printed material came out exactly as expected and was cut perfectly. It didn't take too long to ship.

Paid for expedited shipping AND GOT NOTHING!
The order may not even be ready on the day it was supposed to be DELIVERED!!!

This situation is IN PROGRESS RIGHT NOW.
The CS manager assures me he will contact me shortly if the problem can be resolved in time for the wedding that the item is for!!!

I will update this review, and ALL social media, EXTENSIVELY as situation evolves!

JUST GOT WORSE AND WORSE!!!
Not only did they blow the delivery date;
Not only did they insult me by saying they were going to refund 10% of my shipping cost;
Not only did their "leadership" refuse to have any meaningful conversation with me about making things right;
These staggeringly incompetents SHREDDED my order and issued a refund!!!

No discussion.
Just SHREDDED MY ORDER!!!!

DANGER!
BEWARE!
NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!

UPDATE
Despite receiving an email that my order had been cancelled and shredded, with no communication or authorization, I later received an email that it was actually delivered.
I rushed home to confirm and found nothing.
All that existed was a picture of a parcel box that was not my own.
Mixam "customer experience" manager simply insisted it was "successfully delivered".
I had included instructions on my order to follow the coordinates given, in addition to the address, and to call me if there were any issues in delivery.
Those instructions were not conveyed.
Days later, a neighbor delivered my order.
THE PACKAGE WAS WET!!!!
BEWARE!!!
NO CARE IS TAKEN IN PACKAGING!!!
Not in plastic or any protective wrapping whatsoever.

Even more days later, I was issued a refund.

I have since printed the items with another company.
My order arrived, on time, wrapped in plastic.

DO NOT TRUST MIXAM.
