I had purchased the online course including exam format for the 18th Edition wiring regulations.

The course itself is very vast with lots of information. However, the online course made it much easier to navigate with the most relevant information for the exam.

I had constant communication with Simon to book the courses or when amendment were required.

The price of the course is fair including the examination cost.

The results were sent to me the same day. Also mentioning the e certifcate and hard copy delivery timelines.

I enjoyed the course overall.

The 18th edition course has everything what you need for a 1st time pass. No nonsense just cuts straight to the point. Literally what I needed. Simon was extremely professional when I was ready to book my exam into my local exam venue. Thanks again!

I enrolled on MJ electrical's 18th edition course - the course content was outstanding, Simon's support was great - he was always on the end of the phone when I needed help. Great experience overall and most importantly I passed my exam! Thanks Simon and MJ Electricals, I will be booking my inspection and testing course and exam through you guys soon!

Upon starting the course I found 2 pages that displayed a message "under construction", I took pictures and sent them to Simon who said he would fix the issue. I also made clear that I was not aware that I had purchased half a product. As this product pertains to a real world qualification I thought it important to state this, and thought that any training provider would be glad for the information.
What followed next was a phone call from Simon who was clearly agitated and was pushing me towards a refund as he "was unable to provide any guarantee that the page will operate as expected," before I could get a word in he said that "he didn't want to deal with the aggro" and that "if you turned on Sky TV and a channel wasn't working, you wouldn't complain to them." In actual fact I would, but what's more important is that Sky TV aren't giving me a qualification that relies on having seen every channel in order to obtain it.
I found his conduct highly unprofessional and rude, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

There were plenty of resources provided, practice questions, quizzes and mock exams which helped me prepare for the final exam. This flexibility in learning online made it easier to balance the course with my work schedule.

Excellent communication, the course was very easy to navigate and the info was very clear and some very useful information and hints and tips to make it easier to digest. The end of module exams were particularly helpful.

I work for an electrical company mainly working in the commercial sector. I took the 18th edition course with MJ and I have to say after completing the course there was no way I was failing the exam. The course content was just what was required. Great service.

Im self employed and busy, I didnt want to take the time away from work for class room learning, found MJT through an online search and contacted them by phone (yes I'm old enough to still talk to people :-) ). Spoke to Simon and got a good feel for their service. Once using I found the material to be easy to navigate and user friendly, being busy, it was great to be able to pick this up and put it down when I could. I will definitely use again and will probably start another course in 2025.

Did Part P exam at their training centre. Facility was excellent and staff friendly and well organised. Would recommend anytime.

Studied at home, done a test at a nearby test centre, and customer service was great when I had a query about how to use their online revision software, the guy rang me up and happily talked me through everything.
