Really good experience - much better than the competition who add charges for everything they possibly can do - MM auctions were genuine, honest, up front and provided a really good service - items were delivered by DPD, well packaged and arrived exactly when promised

First time I have used this Auction House - was hesitant about but bought 3 items. Delivered using DHL, expertly packed and I am very pleased.

Will certainly use them again.

Recently used this auction house for the first time.

On appearance it seems to be a long established company that deals with toys.

After seeing one of the nicest examples of a particular toy, I felt confident in buying.

Smooth payment, received invoice very quickly requested postage costs. All of this was very efficient.

However, upon receiving the items, And in particular a toy which was very much sought after by myself. I was disappointed. Because whilst the exterior packaging clearly some commendable effort had been put into the exterior packaging of each items, the same could not be said about the toy itself inside its own box, The toy, unfortunately was left to rattle around inside its own box causing significant damage to both the toy and the box making the toy unusable, destroyed in my eyes. it was intended as a gift for someone who has since passed and so cannot receive that gift!

Hopefully in the future this company will work more diligently to ensure that the items are packaged correctly so that damage does not occur, damage that could of been easily prevented.

As mentioned above I cannot take away the effort that went into the exterior packaging of each item it was very professional and looked very good!

however I took issue with the fact that I paid shipping and packaging charges as the packaging of the item clearly wasn’t done as well as it could of been.

And the two other items that I purchased were also lucky to have not been damaged inside their own packaging as they had also not been protected inside their own boxes

Although , After bringing it to the companies attention to be honest they handled it quickly sending me a return label. However they did not tell me that the return label could only be used at the sorting office to ship the item back and after three trips to separate post offices before being directed to a sorting office the item finally got sent back.

They refunded my money within a good amount of time.

They were very courteous via telephone and email - that cannot be taken away from them.

I do not normally leave reviews, but I’m doing so in the hopes that the company take note and do review their entire packaging procedures in the hopes that it will ultimately help other buyers in the future when they purchase from this company.

The reason for my such low star rating Initially is purely upset on my part. After giving it some consideration I do feel I have to be fair to the company and that the damaged item should not reflect the overall service and my own personal losses as a result of this item should also not reflect their service - I have suffered loss due to this item which on reflection is not completely within the companies control.

I did, as a result of the transaction suffer a loss, I have lost time, I have lost money due to having to travel around to get this item returned, The item that I purchased was for a dying elderly relative who I wanted to give them a gift that they so sorely wanted as a child before they past, subsequently they passed and I was unable to give them that gift that is a loss which is very profound to me,

Even though the damage to the item could have easily been prevented. Due to this a three star rating is likely a more fitting and appropriate rating to give this company

Cannot fault this Auction House the service provided is outstanding for online bidders. The photographs are exceptional, the descriptions accurate and their in-house packaging and postal service is a God send.

Just a good , friendly and professional company doing EXACTLY what I needed and going the extra mile.
Will definitely use them again.

Don't feel much like sharing my little secret, but the team at M&M deserve this praise. I have just had my first experience and cannot fault the service given. My items were superbly packed and arrived in good order. I can recommend M&M to anybody who likes to buy at auction, but is afraid of having to get their lots posted to them. Fear not, it worked for me and I shall keep buying from this auction house, knowing my goods will arrive safely.

I have used this auction house on numerous occasions and it is the friendliest of any in the UK. They also give excellent service and I highly recommend them.

First time I have dealt with this auction house, very impressed from start to finish, very helpful and courteous with my numerous queries. As I live quite a way from the auction house I was very pleased when both the absent bids I made were successful. They were both posted and arrived well packed and in very good condition. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A1 service from start to finish. Timely reminder of auction. Auction clear and well delivered. In-house on line bidding used for first time - excellent. Delivery of lots won very speedy and efficient.

M & M auctions are a company i have,nt used before as they are quite some miles away from my base in the south.

however they offered a packing service so i gave them a try and was impressed very much.
the sale went fone, but the packing was excellen.

items packed well, and only took 24 hours to arrive by DHL.

all in all, a proper, professional and courteous company.

As a first time buyer, I had no previous customer experience, nonetheless, I took an active part in a recent auction and was successful with bids.
The invoice, payment process was clear, seamless and quick and easy. As delivery was involved, my goods had to be packaged and despatched. Again, top marks. The goods arrived in good order less than a week after the sale. I will use again.

Dealt with M & M a few times over the years and have always had excellent, friendly service. Their product descriptions are honest and dependable.
