Expertise and prompt analysis of the problem affecting my Dell laptop. Great service.

I told Alex that I wanted a new setup from my existing computer. I told him that I don't like change, he did say that there would be some changes, but assured me that he would stay there till I was confidant in using my new setup. I would recommend Alex and his company Mobile PC Medic Ltd to my friends and family without any hesitation. I can't praise him high enough.

Alex gives a wonderful service. Nothing was to much trouble for him sorting out various problems we had with our computer, explaining everything that he was doing as he went along. I highly recommend him.

Alex is a kindly young man who sets us elderly klutzes on computers at ease. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything was done, setting up new computer "off site", retrieving emails I had inadvertently deleted, security. Alex calmly talked me thru the "new" system and he wasn't phased by the number of times I asked the same question . He has the patience of a saint and I must remember to thank my neighbour for the introduction.

Excellent professional service by Alex, very knowledgeable .
