Just experienced customer service at its very best. Charlie, a professional bicycle mechanic now turned scooter mechanic, helped me put a tubeless tyre on the bike wheel of my scooter recently. Booking an appointment was super easy calling the afternoon before for a 10:30am slot the next morning. The scooter was fixed while I waited and Charlie gave the scooter a look over as part of the service. Pumping up the front tyre, tightening up the brakes and realigning the stem. It was a real pleasure meeting Charlie and his team. Whilst I waited I got a chance to ride Charlie’s full suspension e-scooter which was very nice and a very cool and smooth ride. Something for the future perhaps! As I ride the scooter with my son I also had some additional handlebars put on the scooter with flashing red lights for £20. Charlie also recommended a cover for the 'on button' so I got one of those as well. The shop is located at the back of Shepherd’s Bush Underground station and it’s very close to Westfield shopping centre so I popped in to buy some food for tonight. A very pleasant experience to have had my scooter fixed as well as to meet Charlie and his team. There are plans in the future for Charlie to expand the shop to start repairing bicycles. I highly recommend this shop and Charlie's expertise if you have any issues with your electric scooter. Excellent customer service and a huge range of products for electric scooters and very reasonable pricing which apparently hasn’t changed for the last three years. Bargain place.

Great polite and professional service from a nice chap who fixed the power issues on my xioami pro 2 escooter. It wouldn’t turn on but it was fixed right there on the spot and the replaced part plus a console protector and tightened my brakes all for a cheap price!

I had to visit this shop again due to a flat tire. Charlie really knows what he does. He always picks up the phone and makes an appointment quickly. My repair was quick and smooth. The entire floor of the workshop is covered with soft panels and your scooter will not get scratched. Another big plus.

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Went there for a front solid tyre installation + Uncle Charlie did something else to make my Xiaomi Pro rides like new again... FOC + freebies! What a genuinely nice guy! I'll depo go back for a Full-Suspension conversion, which is far more cheaper than buying a scooter with full suspensions. T'was truly worth the 2 hour (return) drive to London on a Saturday + Westfield Shopping Mall's a minute walk away!

Absoloutly brilliant - took my mates scooter in for a puncture and an hour later it was fully serviced and like new.... Highly recommended

Charlie replaced my Xiaomi M365 Pro flat front tyre quickly and showed me how to do it myself if I wanted to try next time. He also let me try a scooter with solid tyres which I would recommend as the ride wasn't too bad. I was also given a free waterproof display cover which was very nice and appreciated.

It's just a shame the next day I was stopped by the police whilst only walking with it (easy target clearly!) but was cautioned and my details taken for seizing the scooter if caught again, as the item is illegal. Am now selling it because I won't get much use out of it before the government sort their lives out and legalise them :-(

Absolutely outstanding service. Had to travel over an hour and half each way from Essex, but totally worth it. The service was Platinum grade and the two who were working could not have been more helpful and approachable if they tried. Highly recommended.

Great service and honestly price, i couldn't be more happy.. i booked a a repair at 15:30 on the new addresses near to shephards bush and they literally when far and beyond fixing small things and giving me some tips to take care of my scooter better, literally took less than 20 min to change my tire and they charged me JUST 20 pounds... just great,

I rang the owner this morning told him my son needs a puncture repair Charlie the proprietor told me he could do it if I got it there at 10 30. True to his word top job top fella knows his stuff will definitely use again well pleased many thanks
