I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Before booking, I specifically explained over the phone that I had a Mercedes with a flat tyre and that I did NOT have the locking wheel nut key. I gave them the make of the car and was assured that they could deal with this.

After waiting approximately 1.5 hours, the technician arrived and spent around 15 minutes repeatedly attempting to remove the locking wheel nut, including considerable hammering/banging. He was unable to remove it and eventually told me that it could take hours. I was then told that somebody must have tightened the nut too much and, subsequently, that the problem was because I did not have the key — despite this being exactly what I had explained before they accepted the booking.

Following the attempted removal, the locking nut appeared significantly damaged. I sent photographs to several companies specialising in locking wheel nut removal, some of whom told me they could not deal with it in that condition.

Eventually, I found a specialist who attended and successfully removed the same locking nut in seconds.

By this stage I had lost most of my day and incurred additional expense. I contacted the company and initially asked for a refund of the £49 booking payment because the service I had booked and paid for had not been completed. I was told that someone would call me back, but nobody did. I had to call several times and was eventually told that the matter had been referred to a team manager.

When they refused to refund me, I asked them instead to return and complete the job I had paid for. They refused to do that as well.

My issue is not simply that their technician was unable to remove the locking nut. I specifically disclosed before booking that I did not have the locking wheel nut key, was assured they could do the job, and paid on that basis. The job was not completed, the nut appeared considerably more damaged following the attempted removal, and I then had to find and pay someone else to resolve the problem.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again, particularly for locking wheel nut removal.

Arrived on time. Job was done well and quickly and all seemed very proper and reliable. Would def use again

DO NOT BOOK My brand new car had a slow puncture. They arrived in a couple of hours, but whilst changing the tyres they badly damaged my alloys. When contacted they denied responsibility despite me having clear before and after pictures and will not fix the damage.

They give me very good service

Organised for the same morning for a bail I had in my tyre, explained that i believed it could repaired. Price was confirmed before booking. Came on time next day spent about 10-15 minutes. Tyre repaired price paid was what was agreed. No upselling involved.

Polite fitter but tyres replaced and wheels returned without balancing, despite web site saying balancing all included. Also charged nearly £500 for mid range Nexen tyres. Now have to visit a store to get my wheels balanced as car vibrates at 60 mph. Will avoid this company and never use again.

I was on the side of the road with a flat tire and a very helpful and friendly man from Mobile Tyre Company stopped, as he was driving by and saw I had two young children. He didn’t have the right size tire to replace our damaged one but called a colleague who arrived within an hour and a half. Brand new tire, all good. Very grateful to him for helping me and for being so kind, thank you so much!

I rang these as my wife’s car needed a replacement tyre. They appointed their local fitter (I thought at the time he was their employee) who replaced the two front tyres. I asked him to look at my tyres. He advised they needed replacing . I asked for brand new Mercedes approved continentals, they fitted them (they didn’t balance them), cost £1280
6 months later I started to loose pressure in the front N/s. My local Protyre told me that there was a split in the tyre which had already been repaired with a puncture repair which had failed and then told me that the coding on the tyre showed that the tyre was 3 years old (2023). Upon viewing the other three tyres these were all from 2024 (2 years old). Therefore all four tyres were secondhand part worn when they were sold to me.
I approached MTS and they advised that as I only contacted them about my wife’s tyres it’s not their problem and have denied all responsibility.
Even though their fitter was acting for MTS.
I will start legal proceedings against MTS very soon as I have now had to replace all four tyres

LESS THAN ONE STAR! Awful product quality, the tyre they fitted has come apart exposing the cords after a few weeks of driving. Lucky it didn't blow on me or cause a serious accident. Untrustworthy and terrible support. All I got was "sorry" and "let me speak to manager", doubt I will be getting any money back from these scammers!!

If I could give less than one star it still would not be low enough. Avoid this company at all cost. Appointment booked no show. Turned up 4 hours late after many many messages to which only a couple were answered. Worst customer service ever.

They are scammers. Let me tell you my experience and my research on them. They have couple of vans and they seem to cover whole UK area, magical right? They taken my job charged me £400 and see who came to change my tire? a random local fitter with a completely different branding...this made me uncomfortable..so upon investigating him...He spilled the truth as these MOBILE TYRE SURGEONS "outsource their jobs to local fitters for a fraction of what they chatge the customer under their name and earn "commission". Even within London they cover only certain area and outsource...same goes for other areas all over England mainly...and there is an established market and whatsapp groups where they find cheapest fitters for job. This is leading to high prices for general public...a tire service of £120 costs us £200 beacuse of these scammers who take advantage of google ads to claim a service they don't actually offer.... my out take...never click on these branded pages...find a local fitrer under google business page....or report them to your local providers because this is a financial crime. Stay safe

Got stuck near Rothwell. Got told some one would be with me in 20/30 mins so I cancelled my AA and waited. After 30 mins of waiting, I tried calling. I was hung up on multiple times. Told that a driver would be with me in 5 mins. After roughly 2 hours of waiting and being hung up on 4 times “due to bad signal, but my signal was fine”. Finally an engineer arrived. I understand that these things take time. However if I was told the honest truth I would have made a different decision. The price of replacing one tire. Was the same as replacing all 4 at my local garage. For that price I expect decent or at least courteous service. All they are interested in is winning the business. Not a good experience and will not be paying a premium again to be lied to. Just to add, I’m not the type of person to write a bad review about anyone’s business. But I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this type of service. MOBILE TYRE SURGEONS - Do Better!
