I've found that ßtaff very pleasant to talk to over the phone and hand over.

Nice chap turned up this morning with my wifes new scooter.
I did say that she had a stroke 34 years ago, on the right side, when i ordered it for her. Adding that the accelerator needs to be on the left side as she has this problem.
Your driver. Kindly dealt with the problem himself.

Couldn't be happier with Mobility Giant. I was kept well informed of the process including window of delivery.
On the delivery day, arrived when expected and received full instructions on use and how everything worked.

Big promises but delivered me a lemon! The fact that I was looking at a punctured tyre that was covered in patches within 10 miles of spending well over £2000 on a scooter, I was disappointed. I had to wait for hours for recovery in the cold and lost the feeling in my foot, which has not returned. MG said that they don't sell scooters with patched tyres so I must be "mistaken". Will never buy another scooter from anyone after what I have experienced, arrogant liars who didn't give a toss about me have cured me from any notion of being independent! Disgusting!

Good work helpful nice to talk to good and fast delivery

After obtaining a Royale 3 scooter from their website, everything went smoothly. However, after a couple of months, a fault occurred. I contacted mobility Giant and they immediately booked for an engineer to come round to check it. Realised that it needed to be took in arranged for another to be dropped off before taking mine. It has come back working brilliantly again. What I liked about the company was that fact of so easy to contact and no fuss made. I can only give full credit to them and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from purchase to delivery.
Delivery was included in the price and included one to one instruction on using the scooter from the the delivery driver - very helpful.
Early days, but so far I am very pleased with my purchase and the price.

I ordered a scooter it took ages to arrive. Then when it did arrive I got no tuition on how to use it and when it came to me taking the battery off it was stuck solid. I couldn't use it till they decided to come out and sort the battery out. They said it would be a couple of weeks before someone could come out and sort it out. I told them it was not good enough. Absolutely awful service wouldn't recommend them to anyone !!! Furthermore after I put this review I was contacted by the director who badgered me about the review saying they don't get these type of reviews. I explained what had happened and he never apologised once about the situation, he tried putting words in my mouth and changing what I had said. He ended up talking over me and was arrogant and rude even to the point when I asked who are you talking to like that and he said aggressively 'I'm talking to you' how can a director speak to a customer like that, absolutely disgusting !!

The driver was courteous, kind and friendly. He was patient in explaining everything and very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent!

Although there was a bit off mixup to start with, it was rectified immediately. My scooter was then delivered to me by a very nice gentleman who couldn’t apologise enough.

We had done some provisional research about scooters for my dad. However William was most helpful in consuladating ideas and directing us to the best scooter.
All communication since has been clear and we've never felt any of our questions have been a problem to answer.
Max then delivered the van and his manner was warm and kind. Instructions were clear and we just hope dad can allow himself to enjoy it.
For something that has been a big decision and event couldn't have been made easier.

All the sales people who i interacted with were professional and extremely helpful and Polite.

I decided to purchase a mobility scooter due to limited leg function, scanning online and researched Mobility Giants website.
Easy to use and had various scooters that were reconditioned.
I contacted the company very helpful and knowledgeable sales team.
7 days later my purchase arrived, delivered by a very friendly person which explained all aspects of my new scooter.
One very pleased customer, would highly recommend this company.
