Superb quality and service. This is the second scooter I’ve bought from Mobility Giant and I thoroughly recommend them for providing excellent quality scooters at reasonable prices.

First class customer service by phone staff and delivery driver.They couldn't have done more to be helpful and responsive-brilliant!

Mobility Giant excells at customer care. The prices are really competative and the pre-purchase information is excellent. They also have a comprehensive range of, in my case, mobility scooters.
On the customer service side, they have an excellent delivery team who deliver the scooter, explain everything and give a demo on using it. They make sure that the person who is going to use it, understands all the controls. They stay as long as is necessary to make sure they are happy.
The customer help line (phone) is great and after a brief selection of the service you want, you go straight through. The (real) person on the end is very helpful and on followup calls knows the previous history. We had an issue with water ingress. It took a few weeks to sort out, but each time they sent a repair guy within 3 days and were equipped to carry out simple repair tasks. They then took the scooter back to their workshop, where it was fixed. They did offer a loan scooter, but we didn't need it. All this was done free under warranty with no quibbles, even though the user manual does warn about water ingress.
All-in-all I'm very happy with them and would certainly use them again.

An excellent company to deal with. William at the 'front end' of the deal was clued up and helpful. Good communications from beginning to end. Very pleasant staff and an excellent helpful explanation from Wayne the delivery man. Now I have my Pride Wrangler Baha 2 scooter ready for some challenging countryside!

Their website offered all the information I required to choose the perfect device, which has so far exceeded my expectations. Now for the Scooter a Quingo Plus bought this because on the TV adverts for Quingo on the Tv looked good!,,
First time took it out around the town. Horrible ride so far but first time and a bit of a bone shaker. Looks and feels very flimsy cheap.
I don’t like putting negative reviews but please this is about the Scooter and not the Company.
Will keep going! I have the opportunity to change it will see how it goes after Christmas 🎅
