Fantastic service friendly

I came to know mobility giant though my mum as she has a scooter from them for 6 years now so i contacted them as my disablity is making it difficult for me to get out. I spoke to Lawrence who helped me choose the right scooter for me and sorted out my paymet plan ect . I had a text and email to say who and when were delivering my scooter . On the morning i had the name of the driver and exact time of when they were coming .then at 7.50am yesterday morning 13/11/2025. i had a knock on my door and there was my new scooter and a nice guy called wayne who was very polilte and explain every thing to me as this was my first scooter. Im so pleased with the whole prosess from start to finish .i would highly recomend them to anyone if you want to hire a scooter .

First class firm very approachable and responsive. Scooter was in excellent condition, delivered on time with good support from the driver.

Seamless from start to finish, this is a company I would highly recommend. Rare to find a company that actually puts their customers above profits.0

Scooter was very well priced and I've been looking for one of these for some time, this is my second Scooter purchase from mobility Giants and would highly recommend. The delivery driver was very well versed in knowledge and demonstrated the workings to a T very impressed and I would look no further than mobility Giants for any Scooter needs 10/10

Matthew phoned to let me know he would be there in about 30 mins, which was very useful.
When he arrived he was such a respectful young man nothing was too much trouble for him. I had to ask him to park in a certain area this was done with no problem. He took the time to show me how to take the scooter apart so it was easy for me to do. I have had other scooters for the last 15 years and this definitely is the lightest and easiest for me to take apart to put in the boot of my car. The paper work was completed and he was on his way again.

Easy to order mobility scooter,given a delivery date for the following week.On day of delivery given a time of delivery,arrived within this time.
Wayne k the delivery driver was friendly and helpful ,gave instructions on how to use the scooter.

From start to finish , oi found you as a company very good to deal with. On delivery day the hand over was conducted in a very friendly and courteous way. The buggy was in excellent condition. Especially as it has done approaching 2000. Miles. One small issue the steering seems stiff.

A few years ago I placed an order and paid for a mobility scooter from the Mobility Giant and then changed my mind, I wish I hadn`t, although they were sorry to see go they gave me a full refund, with no fuss no bother
Recently my mobility issues made the use of a scooter a necessity and on the first day of their sale I purchased on line a light weight folding pavement scooter'
A few days later I phoned them to say that I had taken it on three mile jaunt which involved rough, broken and uneven pavements, way outside it`s comfort zone, I live in a rural area and straight away their advisor said they would send a man with a van which involved a three hour journey to collect it and deliver a pavement scooter that could cope with that type of terrain.
Two weeks later a One Rehab Vantage scooter looking brand new but isn`t arrived with updates on it`s journey.
The Vantage is excellent taking canal towpaths, rough pavements and train journeys in it`s stride.
The customer service both from their helpful advisors on the phone and their friendly delivery drivers is superb.
