Had a problem with my Vita S mobility scooter ( warning light had come on) Spoke to a nice chap called Nigel who took my details and said he would call back . Not long after he rang back to solve the problem for me which he did . Thanks Nigel

I was contacted by director Lawrence, who reassured me that the scooter would be checked thoroughly by his team. He has authorised the scooter to be taken to workshop for repair and providing a temporary scooter for use ( on Thursday 6 November 25).I am very happy with the company, and that my concerns have been heard. I am still weary of going on the road with a scooter, but need to do this. I await and see if the repairs are conducted satisfactorily. I have upgraded my review. Further updates may follow.

After the second repair, I drove my scooter for the first time on Sunday 2 November . After a short journey, as I was crossing the road, it developed the same fault. The accelerator stopped working. The scooter stopped in the middle of the road, with oncoming cars. Thankfully, cars stopped and someone helped me to get the scooter off road and to safety. This could have been a lot worse. The scooter clearly had not be repaired properly. The company needs to ensure safety above all else and employ repairers that also do their job well. This incident has shaken my confidence.

I bought a second hand mobility scooter from them about 8 months ago. It was delivered in a timely fashion. The operation of the machine was explained. I also had a year guarantee, however I paid for an additional year.
Unfortunately the scooter had a problem in the first month as it was not charging. I called the company and within a week or so a repair was undertaken.
Then 4 days ago the accelerator mechanism stopped working . I called the company and they sent an engineer to repair replace the part today ( thursday).
So far i am very pleased with the response and would highly recommend the company for second hand scooter purchase. Their aftersales and care seem to be very good

Getting a new scooter with this company was wonderful, they were super helpful, kept me updated and Jonathan the gentleman who dropped it off was great.
I'm so glad that I picked them to get a new scooter.

Friendly and cooperative staff, who were able deal with my query. The driver who delivered my mobility scooter was also friendly and ensured I was able to use the controls and knew the purpose of all the levers. He also ensured that I was comfortable with the positioning of the seat. All in all I was impressed. Would certainly recommend them.

From placing the order to delivery was a great experience, the phone manner, updates and dates stuck too, genuinely a good purchasing experience. The delivery man was friendly and knowledgeable too.

I found that the engineer who delivered the scooter was both courteous and helpful

Jonathan delivered my mobility scooter today. A very nice chap who knows his stuff. He made sure that I knew how the thing works, and he put the walking stick brackets on all before my signing the paperwork, that he also went through.

This whole process getting me to my 1st scooter has been seamless, with friendly and professional staff answering my many calls with questions. I must have driven them up the wall!

Delivery was timed, and text message updates enabled me to plan my morning.

I love my independance regained!

Excellent service from first contact to delivery. My mum is over the moon with her scooter, it’s literally changed her life. Would recommend to anyone. Delivery driver Matthew was thorough, explained everything and didn’t leave until both my mum and I were happy. He showed me how to put the scooter in my car and said that if we had any problems or questions he would come back and go through it again. Excellent service 5*

Mobility Giant made my purchase 'A Breeze'.
I was a bit worried and nervous about needing my first scooter.
However the website appealed to me and was easy to navigate.
I ordered a scooter,However a few days later I was looking at other high end models,for what I needed,better battery,captains chair,better all round suspension.
I phoned Mobility Giant and explained my situation, the staff ( can't remember ladies name..sorry)
Was super helpful and put me through to Stefan on the sales team,who was brilliant.
He listened to what I needed ,and arranged the swap over,and confirmed everything, made me feel really happy and relaxed.
I recieved a phone call a few days later confirming drop off date,However I recieved another phone call telling me it'll be 24 hours earlier 😀

My Scooter came earlier than expected which was lovely.
Mark, our delivery driver was really helpful, explained everything in detail about the Scooter and was extremely happy and friendly which made everything so much better.

I can’t put it into words how happy I am with this scooter it’s a 2019 but it feels brand new I cannot fault it one bit it has changed my life in so many ways so thank you mobility Giant

My experience with the company has been very positive. I can’t fault them.
Care was taken to ensure the dimensions suited my needs and that it would fit through the property door when stored.
The scooter itself was competitively priced and could be taken for new.
Because I am in Scotland it was not possible to have a personal delivery but the driver for the delivery company was excellent.
I know things can go wrong with the scooter but in terms of the service to date you won’t find better.
