Paid for one week got nothing!! This is nothing more than a rip off! I have reported to bank this is a fraud and and reported to Federal Agency this is nothing more than a scam.

Very low grade reading. Paid for the trial week. They are impossible to cancel. The instructions they give you to cancel do not work. I tried to cancel the same day as zi knew I got scammed. They billed my credit card again the next week. I contacted the bank

I subscribed as I was hooked on a storyline. Big mistake. Definitely wasn’t worth the money. I tried countless times emailing them, but my emails were ignored. They continued to take money, so I contacted my bank. My bank immediately stopped further payments and let me know each time they tried to access my account via my card.

Then Mobo contacted me via email, not to confirm cancellation but to notify they hadn’t been able to access payment. I emailed again notifying them, that as they had ignored all my emails my bank had took action for me.

Mobo have now confirmed they have cancelled my subscription 🤨

Why pay $80 for a book that is not well written. That is what it will cost you financially, at the minimum if you use money. Stay away, I started at each chapter being 50 coin, I am now up to 200 coin per chapter. It is a time and financial suck. You have to watch constant adds. I have screen shots. It says 1 add, yet the place 2 adds at once. Then you get 2 adds that equate to 4. Then you are out of adds until the next day. I paid $10 for 5 chapters. The book I was reading has 311. The writer went off course, did not investigate her story line. Is now sounding ignorant in their writing. Now they have locked their site down for screen shots. LoL I have enough to prove my point, in the shots I got prior to doing this.

I keep getting charged $2.99 and other charges from here I have cut all subscriptions and am still getting charge I would really like them to stop charging me

I am writing to seek assistance with an unauthorized recurring charge. Despite uninstalling the application and attempting to cancel my subscription within a few days of use, I continue to be charged $13 weekly.

The subscription does not appear in my Google Payments subscription center, making it impossible to manage or cancel through the normal channel. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the company's customer service have gone unanswered.

I believe these continuing charges are illegitimate. I request immediate termination of the subscription and a full refund for all charges processed after my cancellation attempt. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to my bank and the relevant consumer protection authorities

These dodgy dealers are taking 2 deductions every week from my bank account. Different values and I cant stop it as it says my account isnt even active, I dont even know what its for. I googled to cancel it and it gives me apple instructions but alas I wish it was coming from Apple, nope straight from my bank

Bought one week and got absolutely nothing for it. Can’t read anything. Impossible to unsubscribe. My account says no subscription. They then kept trying to debit my credit card every few days a week later. Had to freeze then cancal my card altogether because I had absolutely no response from them. Do not under any circumstances subscribe to this service. Their app should be totally blocked. Disgraceful conduct. I contacted them many times with no reply whatsoever.

Terrible service they keep charging your account don't engage with them. It cost me so much money to finish a book now they keep charging me every three days

They are a scam. Charged twice on the same day and restricted my access.

Bought one week, tried to unsubscribe, but it's impossible. Have written several emails and told them to remove the subscription, but have gotten zero replies. Have been forced to block my card from all regions and might have to cancel my card completely. They have made three attempts this week to bill my card. Practically harassment by now. Do. Not. Subscribe.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. I paid $29.99 for a VIP all access 7 day pass and got nothing. Tried to write them on the web site and got a run around about you still need coins to.

Got an offer for sign up for 15.88/week money deducted but i only watch few episode and asking me to buy again! ridiculous!

BEWARE!! This app will give you a receipt for one charge and then actually take out a higher amount, multiple times, over multiple days. It’s nearly impossible to cancel because the app bills through stripe so it doesn’t show up under your subscriptions in your Apple account. Customer service is nonexistent. I literally had to cancel my card and order a new one to stop the daily charges of $19.99.

If you use this app they are taking a large amount of money from you even if you don't use any of the things on the app. Just don't fall for it. Don't go near it. Its just a money making machine for them and its hard to work out how to cancel it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WIITH THIS APP
Love the stories, but I paid for 1 week to read chapters, do not even know what happened with that. I look at the adds and play their games, but now that I'm about 20 chapters towards the end cannot seem to go any forward unless I buy points, and it ioos telling me if I want to continue I need 235 points & then 295 for the next chapter? I refuse to pay any money since it did not help me the last time.

Worst App ever. I paid over $100 it doesn't even allow me to watch all the episodes. Now I want to cancel the subscription it doesn't allow me to cancel because payments are made via stripe and not Google play and there's no option to cancel subscription on their app
