My order didn’t arrive even though I received a notification to say that the order had been delivered I emailed Modasty I waited for a couple of days no response so I went back to the website about my never arrived order even that I didn’t receive no response no new order given to me neither Modasty refund my order
I genuinely ordered the abaya for a wedding to attend to in April but now with absolute disappointment & disgruntled & neglected by which no professional response given to me

my favorite website for modest clothing - great customer service from Sarah and amazing selection. Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks but thats expected from small businesses!

I was nervous about ordering from here…

I was nervous about ordering from here because of the reviews but they had such a great collection of dresses for wedding guests that are affordable (less than $100 which is amazing compared to what is out there!!) so I took the risk and it delivered in 9 days even though it was holiday/christmas season!

I really recommend this site. After reading all the reviews, I think it’s important to be realistic and remember that this is a marketplace of small businesses and not amazon with next day delivery.

Don’t bother

Poorly made clothing made in China. The quality is terrible and the sizing is way off. Looks Nothing like it did online and the colour is like a dirty mint green. The green shirt for some reason has horrible brown buttons stitched on and is massively oversized. AVOID

Je ne recommande pas du tout. Plus jamais je commanderais sur ce site. Ayant payé en plus la livraison express je reçois la commande avec deux semaines de retard. Un des articles est arrivé taché, les emballages déjà ouvert et visiblement déjà utilisé. Aucun professionnalisme. Mêmes les articles au marché sont de meilleurs qualité.
Je demande un remboursement et je suis encore en attente de réponse.

Don’t buy from here

Don’t buy from here. They’re very unhelpful and don’t want their items back when you want to return them. I’ve been trying for a month now to process a return but they either are unresponsive or find loopholes around the situation. The customer service rep asked me to measure the abaya out with measuring tape and send pics with the tape measuring to make sure I’m not lying about it being too big. Guess what? I did all that and still no response .

Don’t buy you won’t get your items

I placed an order and paid for it it’s been a month and I did not receive my order or any updates about my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times, by email and instagram and have not heard anything back. Ripped me off. Shame on brands and companies who do things like this especially in such a hard time in the world financially

Don't get me wrong I loved the abaya however the LATE DELIVERY & IGNORED EMAILS I didn't like.

So, I ordered my abaya on the 13th of March and I finally got it on the 31st a day after Eid but the entire experience was frustrating.

Communication is terrible I emailed them, about my package they basically told me it's not their problem since they're a marketplace (like Amazon, Temu, and AliExpress are also marketplaces but still provide people with information on their order). I wanted to ask more questions and emailed them two more times (a day apart), but they completely IGNORED me, no response was given.

Another thing worth saying is that you aren't able to track your order. They don't provide you with the carrier that is going to be used, or the tracking number for you to even track it. They just send you a link to an app called Shop, which just says, ready to ship. That's it. That's all there is to it.

I had ordered this abaya for Eidul Fitr and the delay left me without anything to wear for the occasion. But alhamdulilah I was a able to buy an Abaya last minute in person.

I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. If you want reliable shipping and customer service, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. But to be on the safe side I guess order more than a month in advance.
