Good product!

never received this package

I looked at a few items on their website. But I could not find any business address or a phone number.

I refuse to buy anything from any online business that provides no business address or even a phone number.

Bad quality
No clear conditions
No return so don’t trust them
And the quality doesn’t deserve at all

I ruined my money buying this abaya, the cloth seems like a table clothe ,may b worse , like a garbage bag

The product I bought was not up to my standards. It was really low quality especially for the price I paid . The product also took over 3 weeks to arrive which I wasn’t told about.

Amazing people and customer service I recommend 100%.

We’ll overall the dress is beautiful i got it for my daughter i was told it will be here before eid and it came a week after eid which i was ok with because i had something else for her to wear just in case. I was very busy so i didn’t even pay attention to it until yesterday i told my daughter to wear it and trust me she couldn’t even put her hand that’s how small it was i even took 1 size up for her but still it was so small it looked like a 4 yr old dress. I don’t know what to do with it i was thinking she will wear the next eid but now it’s just not worth it Iam very disappointed with this.

I ordered modal hijabs, I took a little bit to get them since they were out of stock..but they were worth the wait 👌🏻

I haven’t received my order and tracking has not moved for the last three days. Also, one of my items were switched because of quality issues on your end and I was told that I would get my new abaya express shipped to me but that also didn’t happen. The website stated that my order would ship before Eid and now I’m getting nothing.

I received my abaya and it was fantastic! Modasty will definitely be my go-to for all future abaya purchases

I placed order on March 30th and still waiting for my item to be shipped. There are no updates expected wait time of delivery or shipment.

The delivery took a short time compared to others that I’ve tried 🫶

It was very easy to order.

Really bad company not had any updates on my orders or when they might be delivered it’s been nerly 2 weeks

I received one package without another email with another tracking and now I’m worried I won’t receive my other orders. Also, the quality of the “Palestinian” Dhua red 2 piece set isn’t good. It’s very cheap. In the picture it didn’t show it had bedazzled beads and also, the description says it’s Palestinian, but the tag says “Made in Jordan”. I sent an email a week ago about my other orders and I haven’t received a response yet, just some automated email.

Pretty fast delivery (less than a week), product fair to the description and pictures, can only recommend honestly (and I'm not a bot!!), it was my first time on this website.
A bit scared at the beginning as you can't really track the delivery neither someone to talk to.

I was asked to send more money after placing my order, when the mistake wasn’t on my end.

Would never order from them again. I ordered a dress for my friend wedding to be in a certain blue color. The dress took almost 3 weeks to ship and was very sketchy because I never even received a tracking number and when I contacted customer support about they never replied. When I did finally received my dress it was the darkest blue almost black and similar but still completely different from the original dress. I hate the way it fits, the color, and I would never wear it so I simply wanted to return it for a refund. I contacted customer support again and they said they would have to “escalate” it and never got back to me again. I am now stuck with an ugly dress that I would never wear and I simply just wanted a refund. I normally don’t write reviews but this has been the worst experience I have had with a clothing brand. I do not recommend ever ordering from them ever. The dress is completely see through because of the horrible quality. Save your money because they won’t give it back.
