Bad customer experience with UPS shipping
Not clear about the custom fees. Should stop working with UPS who charge you custom fees 15 days later, without asking. No commercial gesture from the shop.

The shipping method clearly stated “Euro Tracked Import Tax and Duties May Apply”. You can check this in your order confirmation email sent to you at the time of ordering.
It doesn’t matter who the courier is, the UK is not in the EU, charges will apply. We have since changed to DDP (delivered duty paid) from the New Year where we charge tax and duty to you in advance, but the end price is still the same. But obviously this cannot apply to historical pre-orders.
