Solid Dining Table
Bought a dining table. Was delivered within a few days and delivery was communicated well so was able to leave in a safe place. Assembly was easy and it is really solid and good looking. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again and recommend.

Item was ordered on 23rd December. Delivery was scheduled between Dec 31st and Jan 3rd. Item has not been delivered. I sent a message last week to find out about delivery and I’ve got no reply

I must say I was sceptical about ordering from here as I hadn’t heard of the company before but I can assure you all that it’s a genuine company and the customer service I recieved was brilliant. Joe replied to any questions I had super speedily and my order of a table arrived in the given time scale and was beautiful. I will order from them again and was very happy with the service delivery and my table. Thank you. ☺️

Mirror arrived broken
Mirror arrived completely smashed, had to clean it all up. The frame of the mirror was quite flimsy and had bent too.
The company resolved the issue and gave me a full refund. When I spoke to customer service they were very apologetic about the issue.

My ordered did not arrived on time andnit's been few days late, I contacted the seller which confirmed it has been damaged upon arrival on my local depot. He has sent me another one which arrived after 2 days. I was happy with my purchased! Seller very responsive and settled it right away. Highly recommend!
