The drum is beautiful, it creates a great sound, just like the website demos. Communication with customers could be better, it took several days to hear from them after the order was delayed. Worth the wait!

Drum is awesome. It took about a month to receive. Forget the 7 day delivery promise on the website. Customer service is reasonably responsive for a small internet business.

I ordered my drum for a very special birthday present. It has been three weeks today and it still has not shipped. In some very frustrating communication, I have found out the drums ship from Lithuania. In the very sparse communication I have received, I am told it has shipped. It has not. FedEx has verified that they created the label to make it look like it shipped. They never gave FedEx the package. I am now trying to get a refund of $360 for a gift that was never shipped. Very sad and disappointed because I think this drum could have been very healing for my daughter.

I ordered this tongue drum for my wife. She is a big fan of Ethereal in e and when she could'nt sleep she watched him play this instrument. For her retirement she received a gift and then she decided to get herself the Moisai drum to relax and enjoy the wonderful clear tones. When the drum arrived she was so pleasantly surprised. It is so beautiful made and she loves to play it so much. She is healing from a Burnout and it helps her to calm down an find relaxation.

The drum is beautiful, solid, and sounds magical.

Did not receive the tuners. The drum set therefore came incomplete of what was promised. After attempting to contact MOISAI support via email about the turners, there has been no response and so it appears though they are ignoring the concerns of a customer because it would cause an inconvenience to them to ship another package containing the turners.

I gave this drum to my grandchild on their first birthday.
I had been noticing they would bang on everything to get a sense of the sound it made. I wish you could have seen their face when they first heard the sound of the drum.I am delighted

My moisai came hand made. The craftsmanship was beautifully made. They took the time to make it unique and special. I loved the bag it came with. It sounds so beautiful.

I ordered and sent an email asking for 432 MHz drum. Also asked to buy an extra set of wool sticks. Also asked for a more turquoise/aqua drum. No answer and was informed that they were shipping and shipped. Still no answer. I have no idea what MHz I got but no instructions or order form sent. The drum sounds off. And need to know how to tune. Also a few small scratches on the drum. So disappointed as I thought they made a high quality instrument.

The drum is beautiful and wonderfully made. It resonates with the lightest touch and is perfectly in tune.

All ordering experience went well, it took a bit longer than expected to receive it. Packaging A+. The sound - was incredible, and the final result was way above my expectations. Playing is very easy, my wife with zero musical knowledge in 5min discovered her playing pattern. Best recommendations!

I appreciate the company's website and its transparency. They have great videos showing how the product is made, and it's overall very interactive- that way I know exactly what I'm getting, and who I am supporting. I also appreciate their customer service, they were so kind and generous whenever I reached out to them!! Lastly, the drum itself is a dream, I play it every morning now and have such beautiful meditative moments spent with it. I truly love my Moisai!

I purchased the 9” Earth drum for my Son, who is a huge fan of Ethereal E on YouTube and loves to listen everyday. His favourite sound was The Earth drum and he is delighted and grateful to receive, The quality is amazing and the sound is so relaxing. Highly recommended. Definitely made the right choice.
