We ordered a prom dress for my daughter. The lavender color and off the shoulder floor length style and quality are great. Much better than expected. I sent her measurements beforehand to ensure a good fit and the dress was still a bit large. We were reimbursed for tailoring to ensure the best fit without needing to return or exchange the dress. Shipping did take awhile, so be sure to order a few weeks before your special event. But shipping was included. Highly recommended Molly Evers. Customer service experience was very personalized.

My daughter is very petite and weight so we struggled to find her a dress.Mollyever's custom sizing service solved this problem for me. It didn't take too long to arrive with good customer service and fits perfectly. I recommend them to others and will continue to order from them in the future.

If I could give this company a zero I would. We ordered a dress that was not custom made but just didn’t like how it looked on. We tried to return it and all they wanted to offer us was $30. The original dress cost 90. In order to get a full refund we would have to send it back to China, which was going to be very expensive. I would not order from this company ever!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor material arrived looking nothing even alike on the website. Very badly made. Stupidly didn’t check reviews before ordering. Will not respond to any messages. The dress was requested to fit my measurements and it was ignored on there side. Send in a plastic bag no protection for a £75 dress. AVOID do not buy from this company. You will never get your money back. Place needs looking into by trading standards. Taking money from people by misleading them on their website and very very very very poor quality dresses

I expected the dress to come within a month but it came within 2 weeks. I think the material of the dress is nice and it came with built in pads which was awesome. It seems durable and I'm looking forward to wearing it to prom!

I had been looking for an ivory dress for my engagement photos and stumbled across Molly Evers’s website through Pinterest. I was a little nervous at first but my dress is beautiful!! It fits like a glove, hugs me in all the right places and is well made. My favorite part, it has a built in bra!!

After looking at countless sites for the perfect graduation dress, I came across MollyEvers and absolutely fell in love with one. Their customer service team went above and beyond to ask me what my dress was for and when I needed it by to make sure the measurements and delivery were perfect. I have already recommended their site to friends who are also graduating and getting married.

My daughter ordered a custom dress and we gave them her measurements. It arrived several sizes too big - not even close. It also has very thick breast padding that wasn't advertised. I sent them photos of how they messed up the sizing and they still won't give her a refund.

Dress was way too big for size advertised and nothing like the picture. Fabric was cheap and definitely not worth 84 GBP. When I emailed to ask for a return they initially responded by suggesting I keep it a get it altered a that they would reimburse the cost?! Which felt extremely odd. They also suggested if I keep it they will offer me an exclusive discount. When I rejected these offers and asked for the return address and next steps for a return they had blocked my email. I could t get through any messages to the same address I had used to contact them initially. I contacted them on social media to try and get a response but nothing came back. Wish I had checked all the reviews first. Basically if you don’t like the item or have any reason for return it’s not a straightforward processes as the website would have led you to believe. I have contacted my bank and raised a complaint against the charge for the dress and have provided them with all the details above. My bank have since refunded me the cost but will raise a claim with the company.

I ordered a floor-length, floral mustard-colored bridesmaid dress for a wedding and had a great experience. I placed my order on March 16th and received it by March 29th, which was faster than expected.

I’m 5’9” and 185 lbs, and I was initially concerned about sizing since my waist measurement is slightly larger than what was listed, although I typically wear a size 10. I originally ordered two dresses to try on with the intention of returning one. Their customer service was incredible, they reached out shortly after I placed my order to check if I was ordering for a try on. After I explained my concerns about sizing, they offered guidance and even refunded me for one dress while still shipping a size 10.

The dress is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. The quality is excellent, with built-in bust padding and structured boning in the bodice, which makes it feel both supportive and well-made.

I highly recommend this shop for wedding apparel. I’m based in Florida and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

I purchased a men 2 piece suit for my husband. I never received the package..I purchased on February 10 2026.. now it's March 18 2026. I expedited on the package to come quickly express for wedding. I paid $177.00 it's coming from Hong Kong. If I would've known this raking so long. I wouldn't have purchases it. It's over a month. I should've have received it by already..

Bought one of their bridesmaid dresses for my 16 year old for an event. The top fit horribly and was gaping even though we measured and ordered the correct size. When I wrote them about a return, they said they add extra material to the dress to account for alterations!! So they send an ill fitting dress on purpose expecting that you will have it altered??? And the return process is horrible. You have to ship it to CHINA and they don’t refund your shipping expenses so you’ll end up paying maybe $50 all in to return it.

I am STILL having a terrible experience with Mollyevers UK.
The item I received was significantly different from what was advertised and not as described. When I tried to resolve this, the "support" I received was completely unreasonable.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, I should not be responsible for return costs for misrepresented goods. However, they demanded I pay £25 per item to ship them back to China. More alarmingly, they refused to even provide a return address unless I cancelled my Klarna dispute first—a clear tactic to strip away my buyer protection.
They even instructed me to lie on customs forms by declaring a false value of £10–£15 to avoid their own import fees. This is unprofessional and deceptive. I strongly advise avoiding this retailer if you value your consumer rights.

I was shocked to see the other reviews. My dress came within 2 weeks of ordering. I originally mistyped my zip code and a customer service rep personally reached out to confirm before shipping. Any additional comms were answered within 24-48 hours. The bridesmaid dress came and is gorgeous. Just what I expected, true to size and pretty decent quality. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experience but mine was nothing short of great.

Please don’t order anything from this company. It’s a fraud. My husband ordered a suit online for $131.00 for his father birthday. He never got it we’re waiting for our refund.

This company is a total sham! They say they offer a full refund within 14 days but the don’t respond till after that time and then try to get you to keep the dress and offer you $25! Chinese scammers and the dress was cheap and did not look like it did online. Do not buy from them!

Do NOT BUY
I received a bridesmaid dress, and the chest padding was misshapen and the slit and underskirt didn’t line up. The overall quality of the product was poor.
But the customer service is even worse. They state they get back to you in 24 hours. I’ve now sent 5 emails and messages but no reply. When. I wanted to purchase the item I had a quick response now I have an issue they don’t reply.
I have a £80 dress that I cannot use or return as there is no return address. Extremely disappointed
