Great experience despite a mistake. The original order was missing the tattoo so I asked for a replacement. They responded immediately and after a quick exchange ensuring that it didn't just get stuck on the promo materials, they shipped a replacement and it arrived quickly. The tattoo itself is high quality and lasted about a week and a half before starting to wear off, and I was showering, sweating, in a hot tub, etc which was plenty of time to see how I liked it. Glad I tried it because now I know I want the placement and size slightly different when I get the real ink. Great customer service, product was as advertised.

I originally reviewed negative but after they emailed me an explanation of the product and the reason my outcome wasn’t what I expected; they offered me a replacement.
Those are signs of a reputable business that can have my business any day. The quality wasn’t bad actually! I just assumed it’d be bigger. Check the sizes unlike me 👍🏼

I ordered this to do a big tattoo and instead of it coming out by feet , it came out to inches.
Wasted monies

First the included instructions contradicted each other - there was no label of my tatto was temp or semi permanent

It smeared 2 hrs after applying while laying in bed reading

It was splotchy in the morning and then washed off in the shower lol

I really wanted to like these temporary tattoos, but they take the meaning "temporary" to a whole new level. Neither tattoo lasted more than twenty minutes, in spite of following the instructions to the letter. The first one rubbed off with the gentle application of THE towel more than five minutes after drying. The second faded and peeled off on its own approximately half an hour after applying. I am not impressed. The temporary tattoos kids get at the dollar store are of better quality than these.

Bought a medium tattoo but it was the dimensions of the small. First one I left on while wet for longer than it said because the tattoo kept peeling off with the paper. It never went on right.

company immediately reached out to make things right. Updated to 5 stars for that.

Tattoos smudged immediately and transferred to clothing. I had to remove because they were illegible, and only ruining textiles.

Tattoo only stayed on for about a day before it started peeling.

Color not consistent. Smudges all over. Don't recommend

I love the custom tattoos! They're really great! They also have a great selection of both temporary and semi-permanent tattoos that include colors, which I really love. Customer service has been great and they solved my issue quickly and kindly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who's looking for a temporary or semi-permanent tattoo.

I got a custom one, but the background adhesive stayed on my skin. I had to clean the whole thing off.

Custom tattoos.. terrible really. Only one out of 6 actually worked properly and even then it lasted very little time.

The others rubbed off within hours though or remained ‘sticky’ - I followed all the instructions and even went to the website to see if I could change what I was doing.

Expensive cost for cheap gimmick

Outstanding customer service - Alex called me very quickly to help me with my custom order and the tattoo's arrived in Canada within 2 days and look beautiful!

The art was exactly what to a T what I wanted. I do wish it was an option to get a semipermanent tattoo with the custom option.

Everything went perfectly from the moment I placed the order until it arrived to me. It was easy to order and delivery was fast.
