Don't be fooled. Looks like UK website but when you try to return item, you can only get a 100% refund if you pay shipping costs to send it back to Canada. They do give other options where you can get 25% refund and keep the item - but why do that when it doesn't fit. This goes against UK Consumer Law. The website is called Mondressy UK and it is positioned as targeting UK consumers. Expecting customers to send items back to other countries at their own expense is considered an unfair contract term. In addition, this is not disclosed at checkout. Please avoid this company.

I also read reviews and was wary about ordering but so glad I did my order turned up on time was packaged incredibly well and dress etc was amazing just as described and looked in pictures the material was thick and beading was incredible got loads of compliments as the mother of the bride, fascinator came with clip or headband and the bag was complimented constantly I recommend buying the dress bag as it was incredibly secure and long, I’m a uk 14 and ordered my size, don’t be put off by bad reviews I almost didn’t purchase my dream mother of the bride outfit

I so should have read the reviews before I bought a bridesmaid dress for a five year old. The wedding was subsequently cancelled. It took 3 attempts before they would agree to refund but then deduct a 23% restocking fee and had to pay postage to China. By the end of it I managed to recover about 50% of the cost. BEWARE their terms and conditions do not state any of this!!!

Great quality dress and true to size. Looks really good on, can't wait to use it at the races. Dispatch and delivery status was emailed at every stage.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding but I didn’t like the style and it was too big for me, I returned the dress to an address mondressy gave me in Hong Kong, 3 weeks later the dress came back to me saying no address found. When I e-mailed mondressy about it they were very apologetic and offered to let me keep the dress as a gesture of good will, and also give me a full refund, which I think was a very fair result, so I would definitely order from them again in future.

Terrible. Ordered a dress and was sent something completely different. Despite advertising as a UK site they are in China. Very slow responding to emails and refusing to refund the £135 the item cost me. It is of extremely poor quality and fit. Avoid this fradulent company.

I ordered this dress as there were some mixed reviews but when it arrived I was so shocked the attention to detail was amazing and the silk was heavy and thick it is truly a beautiful dress and the attention to detail even
On the packaging layers of tissue to protect it could nt fault it mondressy you hit the jackpot with this gown would have no hesitation

As not used this company before I checked the returns policy and as a uk site was assured and ordered a dress. On arrival I was not happy with the quality and wanted to return. The company tried to stop me returning due to ‘the complicated’ return process, offering me discounts etc on future orders, but also suggested I took it to a dressmaker to fix what I wasn’t happy with!! I proceeded with the return and that’s when I got the address and they were based in china not the uk. I was told they would remove a restocking fee of approx 30% of the cost but I still went ahead. I sent it tracked via Royal Mail, took evidence of the address on the package label and guess what! Address not found so the dress returned back to me. The address appeared in google maps but I suspect the company are not based there….They blamed the deliverer for not finding them. I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. It was a long protracted experience with many AI generated emails. I would not recommend and will always use companies I trust to buy online goods who don’t scam you and accept returns on a no buy no fee basis.

Order trousers suit. Quality very poor. Wrong size.Costs £137.39 wanted to send it back. Offered some money to keep it just 30% not total amount minus postage. However, after quite a few emails, which I can say they answered promptly, tried to get me to keep order and offered another sum. I did not want to keep this and asked to send it back, Guess what -HONG KONG at a cost of £32.95.Yes. However, it was refused acceptance and sent back to me.What a joke. Now cost item and postage. Then given part payment £73 which after postage is only £40. Absolute BEWARE CUSTOMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wanted to send back and get a proper refund. No chance. Note Company name on order was Mondressy.co.uk refund from Mondressy London.
