Monex is easy to use. Also, we had a couple independent issues that were time sensitive which were addressed immediately, which helped our company correct the isuues.
Having to make intl payments somewhat regularly, there is no replacement for having a contact who is responsive and knows what they're doing. Especially nowadays, service is lacking in almost every... Toon meer

Monex is fantastic!
I have been using Monex for over 2 years to move money down to Mexico and they have been amazing. They have great rates, a top notch support staff, and money gets sent very quickly. A+

Your people are GREAT, but...
Your people are GREAT. What brings down your rating is your currency trading platform. That I can not enter a limit order to buy currency (Euro's in this case) with a price closer than about a Euro away/below the market is cumbersome. I missed a buy because I had to put in my limit lower than I wished.
Yes, I understand why you you do this, yet it is a Monex specific issue and one you should fix. IMHO.
