Generally quite good
Generally quite good, but:
1. It is difficult however to determine whether we are actually getting the interbank (+plus) rate we were promised.
2. A periodic (e.g. monthly) statement of account of our foreign holdings would be welcomed.

Reliable and Easy to Work With
The long-time relationship we (Victor Emanuel Nature Tours) have with Monex is essential to our operations. In travel, the reliability of and ease of working with any vendor is essential. Monex (led by Delaney Davis) displays these values all the time. My fellow operations managers and I couldn't be happier with their consistent high level of service.

Once you use them you won't go anywhere else.
