Bestilling gikk fint, varen kom raskt. Samtidig som jakka ankom posten ble den nedsatt ytterligere i nettbutikken. Dette utgjorde en ganske høy sum. Spurte derfor om jeg kunne få justert klarna beløpet (slik jeg har erfaring med at andre seriøse aktører gjør), men det fikk jeg ikke svar på. Bestilte derfor en ny vare, samtidig som jeg prøvde å opprette en retur. Etter at ny bestilling var bekreftet, kansellerte de ordren.

Avoid at all cost! These people should be out of business and banned to sell online and internationally. I purchased an item (ski pants), and after importing and paying the taxes ( I reside in the EU), I realized they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them and they provided me a return label to send the item back (so far so good). After endless attempts to reach them by phone and emails, I specifically asked them to reship the correct size with special instructions to the customs to be exempted from import duties because it was originally their mistake. They finally reshipped the item with the wrong instructions (import duties to be paid by me again) and with a terrible mistake on the declared value in the invoice, stated in USD instead of Norwegian Koronas (a factor of x10 !!!) After sitting in the customs for almost 20 days, because there was no followup from the shipper on my calls and attempts to reach them (pretending they communicate with the courier company to trace the issue), I took the initiative to trace the item and requested to be shipped back to them again as I was not willing to pay twice for the tax and definitely not at the wrong currency declared by them ( 10 times more in value!) The shipment finally arrived to them (second time!) and I emailed them 3 times so far to ask them to confirm back to me if they intend to ship it with the right terms and conditions and the correct value, or else opt to refund me in full of the amount paid plus the import duties I initially paid. After another 20 days with no answer on my emails or calls, it has been close to 2 months (since November 2) and I still have no item from them and my money is withheld with them. I am taking further action in exercising my consumer rights to the Norwegian consumer board and of course asking my credit card for a refund. These people are crooks!
