Another prompt response
Sadly First Class post less reliable than it used to be but I have always had results the same day sample received by MMH.
I was slighly concerned that the heatwave might impact results so did leave posting as close as possible to the last collection time.Thankfully I did not have to repeat!
The dashboard provides a simple summary/advice section against each category and it is easy to compare with previous results.
I find this test a very useful way to monitor my Cholesterol .

Replacement sent free of charge
First test blood cells were damaged, replacement sent and second test fine after a false result of damaged. Then 3 hours laterit was somehow changed to be fine ???? A bit confusing

Tracking system to notify blood sample has been delivered and I have always received my results the next day with explanation.
When you log in you are also able to see previous results and print to take to consultations to discuss if necessary,

Excellent service. The tests are easy to use and the instructions are clear. The system of registering tests and seeing results is a lot more simple than with some other companies. Results are sent very fast. Would strongly recommend.
