The whole experience with Monitor My Health has been brilliant, the test results come back very quickly and I messed up one of my samples and they sent me another one free of charge even though it was my fault, excellent service.

Excellent service. Results available within 48 hours of putting my test into the post box which is pretty amazing. Blood collection easy for me, but it might be where some people would struggle. Dashboard results simple and clear. Highly recommend if you are worried about your health and your GP or hospital are not willing to give you the tests that would put your mind at rest.

Results within 2 days of you receiving my sample

The speed from purchase to delivery and the procedure explained so well, then sending back and getting the results so quickly has enabled me to monitor my medication for best results.
It was faster than gp appointment then waiting over a week to get the results.

Posted blood sample in 5pm post Monday, got result by email first thing Wednesday. Can't get much better than that.

Excellent service. I received an email the day after bloods sent to say received & the results the same evening. Some of the tests I had recently had done by my doctor & matched these results. I wanted a full blood test as needed thyroid checking. Had used same company 4 years ago, so was interesting to compare results. I would recommend and use this service again.

Received test on a Wednesday posted back in the afternoon and received results next day Thursday by email.

Efficiency

Been using this site for a few years and it’s quick easy and simple way of knowing what’s happening inside your body and puts your mind at rest or make necessary changes. My GP’s don’t even bother with an annual review anymore.

How quickly the tests were done and results available

Clear product information, good tutorial video.

Prompt delivery, clear instructions. Results arrived promptly.

Whole process straightforward and clear. Confirmation that sample had been received and test results emailed later the same day.

The cost of the tests is excellent value for money in comparison with those available from other suppliers. The kit has everything required and clear instructions. The results are available on line very quickly from receipt of the sample.
I only reduced by one star because the results don't give the lab ranges so my GP won't accept them even though it's an NHS lab that has carried them out.

Excellent informative customer service before buying the kit via email. The kit itself is self explanatory but you must follow the instructions for having your hands in very warm water for a period before taking the test (I have poor circulation and was still successful). The results were prompt and detailed as I needed and I will use again when I need to retest in 3 months.

Service and communication are excellent throughout the process. Very good instructions, especially the video on the website. I found this very useful indeed.
The delivery service from posting to delivery of results, is amazing, two day turnaround is first class, you can’t get better than that.
