Third Year Using Monitor My Health
It’s my third year using Monitor My Health. I’ve bought the Full Health Screen with TPO which is a great way for me to keep an eye on my health and add any supplements where needed. The results are fast and are well explained. I’ll be doing the same next year.

It test arrived in great time and…
It test arrived in great time and condition. I had no issues with taking the blood, the result arrived really fast. The results showed I had issues with my thyroid. The only issue I spoke to my doctors to be told the test was wrong and they would not look at the paperwork. The test confirmed I knew I had issues where my own GP says it’s in my mind.

Extremely efficient service
Extremely efficient service, from ordering to test results took a very short amount of time.
Results were available to view the same day that the sample arrived at the laboratory. Easily accessible and accurate results within ranges, which leaves no doubt about your condition and whether any further tests or consultations are needed.

Great service

Doesn’t work, don’t bother sending a sample
Followed the instructions to collect the blood sample and received a notification that it couldn’t be analysed as haemolysis had occurred which only happens in a “small” number of cases. They sent a second kit, which again I followed instructions for and got the same outcome.
I did get some results for other things being tested but not for the key things I was looking for.
Waste of money.
Have sent a complaint in to customer services.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and appreciate that it is frustrating when some results cannot be obtained despite following the collection instructions carefully.
Haemolysis and clotting are recognised limitations of finger-prick blood collection and can occur even when the collection instructions have been followed correctly. We did provide a second collection kit following the first unsuccessful sample, and we were pleased that the majority of your tests were successfully completed.
We have contacted you directly to discuss the two outstanding results and have offered a discounted venous collection option, which significantly reduces the risk of the sample-quality issues that affected your two finger-prick samples.
We are sorry that you have not been able to obtain all of the results you were hoping for and hope the alternative collection option will provide a way to complete the remaining testing.
