Excellent service
Excellent service. I posted my sample at the local post office on Monday morning. I received an email on Tuesday afternoon to confirm it had been received and my results were emailed the same evening. I will recommend and use this service again definitely.

Great experience
Great experience! Blood test kit was sent out within days. It was surprisingly easy to fill the two bottles from a finger prick test. I had more than enough blood :-) At one point I needed help regarding the sample I produced but panicked when I realised there was no phone number available. I emailed instead and within 40 minutes I had a really helpful reply. I sent on Thursday and had results by Sunday. Great service and will definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. The tests are quick, easy, and offer a really good range. I’ll keep using this service to monitor my thyroid, it’s very fairly priced, and on the one occasion my sample couldn’t be processed, they sent out a replacement test free of charge. Results are always fast and simple to view.

NOT a testing experience!
In the same time it took for "EMMA" to just arrange an appointment to see my GP (which by the way was a further 4 weeks away) I signed up, ordered, received, completed, mailed back AND got results. Awesome!

The best
I have used this company several times. Every time I order I get my kit by next day delivery. I sent my sample of on a Monday and by Tuesday morning I get an email saying they've received my sample. By late afternoon on the Tuesday I have my results by email. The test results are accurate as I compared them to my test done at GP surgery. And I like the fact they use NHS lab. I can definitely recommend this company and I will use them again knowing I get results faster than I would at my surgery.

Good service
Used the advanced thyroid test. It was easy to collect enough blood by soaking my hands in warm water and drinking plenty beforehand. Plenty of lancets in pack. Results came through within 48 hours, easy to interpret and confirmed what I suspected. Will follow up in three months. Good value for money, easy to use. Just wish there was a much greater range of tests!
