Lacking in actual advice
Overall, fine, service is quick and efficient, but my biggest gripe is that it gives you all your numbers, suggests 'lifestyle and dietary changes' but doesn't go into any detail in terms of what those changes are (at least not in the report you get anyway). So yeah, it's helpful in the sense that now I know my numbers but not very helpful in the sense that I have no idea what to do with them.

We do currently provide links to further information, including NHS guidance on our product pages and our Staying Healthy section, but we recognise that we could do more to make this information easier to find and more clearly signposted when customers receive their results. I was really impressed with the speed…
I was really impressed with the speed of the delivery of my test kit.
I posted my completed test one day and they received it the next and emailed to tell me they had received it. I woke up and found my results waiting for me the following morning. Excellent service and will definately use again for a repeat test.

I have used monitor my health for 2…
I have used monitor my health for 2 years to keep track of thyroid etc. very easy to use and very quick process. The GP also listens to results as its NHS organisation. Will always use this service

I love Monitor My Health
I love Monitor My Health. They use NHS labs so they’re trustworthy. They’re reasonably priced. And the results are explained to you in your account. Great for checking thyroid and stuff every couple years that GPs aren’t keen to check.
