I have tried several of the Monpure products now and have been more than satisfied with all of them. I particularly like the beautifully fragranced Follicle Boost Hair Density Serum (I'm on my third bottle now!) and the Clarifying Scalp Scrub is also very good. The company is nice to deal with; products always arrive promptly and extremely well and attractively packaged. So, all in all, a very happy customer!

Excellent products and delivery time. My only comment is that the delivery charge to Cyprus is too much. Given that the products are expensive, I feel that delivery overseas should not be charged. As an example, Marks and Spencer do not charge for international delivery if the total cost of purchase is over €75.

I have ordered the shampoo and conditioner a few times. I have suffered for many many years with an itchy and burning scalp. I see my trichologist and buy a cream for my scalp with helps exfoliate it and gets rid of the itchiness. Since purchasing the shampoo and conditioner for the first time in 2020 the itching stopped in days. I found I didn't need to use the exfoliating scalp scrub from the trichologist. I also found that I didn't need to wash my hair every single day - which I have done forever. And the icing on the cake was that my hair started to grow back. I've experienced a lot of hair loss, either hereditary or peri-menopausal. I noticed lots of new hair growth. I stopped buying Monpure due to the cost, but recently had Covid, which is the gift that keeps on giving, and I now have experienced Covid related hair loss. So I'm back with Monpure hoping I can fix this. The products may be expensive, but when I think I also have to buy an expensive scalp scrub and minoxidil for the hair loss - this seems to help with both so maybe the cost will even out over time. Thank you Monpure. Now I just need to find something to help with my sensitive skin issue too.

It was great but SO MUCH UNNECESSARY PACKAGING!!! Most of it gets immediately thrown away, a box in a box with tissue paper and the scrub is in yet another fancy box. Completely unnecessary and wasteful. Their carbon footprint must be huge! Maybe some people like the pomp ... I would prefer the option not to have the fancy packaging.

My experience with Monpure was luxurious from start to finish.

The packaging was beautiful and the products left my hair feeling incredible! I have been using the serum now for a few weeks and am seeing results already.

Incredible products and the smell is so beautiful. I get so much joy out of using their products. My favourite is the serum and scrub.

Light silk facemasks - just what we wanted

I used the scalp scrub + shampoo + conditioner and my hair feels amazing. Normally I have to use hair cream to be able to hold my hair in place but it's so moisturised now it's much more manageable without product.

The packaging is luxurious and a little bit of the Monpure products goes a long way.

One star is generous.
Product ordered on 31 May and as of today, 16 July, still not received.
Extremely poor service. I shall not be ordering from you again.

Out of stock for two months. Difficult on this occasion to give a better rating. Products are terrific, if very expensive.

Superb product, excellent service

Ordered 05.18.21 and still haven’t received the product. I originally ordered knowing that one of the two items was out of stock until June, but neither item has shipped as of now—almost two months later. Pretty bummed as I still haven’t found a topical product to help with hair fall out—I was hoping Monpure would have been helpful, but at this point, I may never find out. :(

Good correspondence on due arrival date of product. Beautifully packaged and I love the products.
Apparently this a new company and I look forward to ordering more goods from them.

It has only been a week since I started using the clarifying scalp scrub and nourishing and stimulating scalp mask together with the hydrate and sooth scalp serum. I'm giving it a 4star because it's early days to notice the full effects of these products. But I can confirm already that they are working wonders on my scalp and hair. I notice positive results and my hairs are not falling as much as it has been for several years. Excellent service and excellent products. I'm very happy 😊

Have been using for only just over a week but the difference already is noticeable- I’ve had psoriasis for many years on a small part of my scalp. The scalp scrub (which I thought may be too harsh) is fantastic and the conditioner is just wonderful as well. Waiting for the shampoo to arrive (it’s on pre order) but I’m sure it will be as fabulous as the 2 products I already have. No more itching! Very impressed so far!

I have amended this review because I’m so impressed with the customer service I’ve received since complaining. They have taken the faulty product away for testing, called me to discuss it and are sending a new product. Bravo and thank you Monpure (and specifically Priya).

The products (shampoo and conditioner) are lovely and the beautiful smell really lasts all day. My hair felt clean and soft. Customer service was also excellent when there was a delay on delivery. Very polite and prompt responses. The scalp scrub felt amazing and again beautiful smell makes it feel really special. I have given five stars as I can’t fault any of the products and would love to use it long term. But as I’ve read on another review the shampoo and conditioner are in fairly small bottles and do not last me much more than a month. I have long hair that is prone to tangle so use a big walnut sized blob of each. The size of the bottle, amount I need to use and cost means I will only buy as a treat as other products do come close in terms of cleaning just don’t have the same wonderful smell.
