This company is a scam, they do not sell you what is advertised. They tell you that you need to pay postage to China to get a refund and that its your responsibility (which is not true when the goods are not as described) I paid on a credit card so arranged a chargeback so am not worse off but please AVOID THIS COMPANY

I don’t even want to give this company one star. They are based in China, even though they are called Monroe LONDON. You won’t receive a jumper - it’s a cheap nylon top with a knotted pattern printed on it and they will NOT accept a return. £30 down the drain. I’m going to report them to Action Fraud as they are a SCAM.

Absolutely false advertisement and it took me a week to finally get the refund form. I have to pay for the parcel to be send back to China!!!!
Product description stated it’s a knitted jumper but received sweatshirt with print on it! This should be reviewed by trading standards. They argue that it’s exactly what it states, to get the refund form you need to reply to about 10 emails where they first refuse the refund and then they try to offer you discounts. I’m not holding my breath that I will get my £70 back.

Please DO NOT order from this company. The items were nothing like the description or images on the website
States a 30 day money back guarantee but refusing a refund
£50 spent on 2 items that will be thrown in the bin. Absolute con, have reported to trading standards. This company should not be trading

Gosh what a con - I ordered a Knitted Jumper , Xmas tree design and what I got was a Lycra type material that was printed with a Xmas tree type design on it. Item was not a jumper and not knitted.
Should have read the Monroe London reviews before I ordered.

I wish I could leave less than a one-star review. I also wish I had read the reviews before spending £30 on what I thought was a knitted jumper but turned out to be cheap Chinese rubbish. So bad that the sale of this could be classed as theft. I have told them I'm reporting them to Trading Standards but I doubt they care. This company should be shut down. Absolute scam.

Wish I’d read these reviews first, like all other reviews I ordered what was advertised as a knitted Christmas jumper, it arrived (too late for when I even needed it) and it was a disgusting polyester jumper with the pattern printed on it.

I asked for a refund and was offered 30% back. Absolutely disgusting people to scam everyone like this.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Jumper did not match the picture. Described as knitted but was actually printed on the cheapest most plastic fabric I've ever seen. Sold "on sale" for £25, I wouldn't have paid £2. When I asked for a refund they told me I had received the right item and would not give a refund. Absolute con. Do Not buy!

Worst company I shopped at ever. While there is London in brand name, it is actually based in China - the package took ages to come and the quality of items is just laughable. Trying to arrange a return via email for ages with no luck and definitely going to report them to Trading Standards as this is a scam, not a business

If there were any minus stars this company would get them. A disgusting item arrived today. A “knitted” Christmas tree jumper which infact was photographed images of Christmas trees put onto a cheap, tacky excuse for a polyester jumper. A bloody disgrace. Why are these companies still allowed to dupe people?

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Same bad experience as other reviewers. When you look at the returns advice it tells you to email info@ with no address. Suspecting it isn’t going to be worth the effort to return and chase a refund I suspect will never come. A lesson learned.

This may be the worst online retail experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered a knitted Christmas sweater. Key word knitted. It was reduced from £70 down to £29 and photos looked great so I gave it a crack.
I ordered it on the 3rd of December, advertised as “next day dispatch”. I needed it for a Christmas party on the 18th and also for Christmas Day. It arrived on the 27th despite me chasing it up regularly from the 16th onwards.
Not only is it a useless sweater now as Christmas has been and gone, it’s also not even a sweater?! It’s this horrible polyester that feels like primark quality activewear, and it’s got the pattern I selected PRINTED on it. Not knitted. Printed.

I’ve also been trying to return this since it arrived on the 27th and am making no progress, so I’m starting to think I’ll never see my £29 again 🤣 Avoid avoid avoid

Absolute con, using other people’s photos to sell knock off clothing made in and shipped from China.

Absolute con!! It’s a print of knitwear on t-shirt material!! No receipt, no way to return. False advertising. AVOID! Also took almost a month to arrive…

The item received took around 3 weeks to arrive and where detailed as a knitted jumper which would be soft and warm, it was actually 100% polyester, not knitted at all. Be careful of false advertising.
