When I placed the order, I immediately received an email saying that they received the order and when I would receive my t shirt. 5 days later the t shirt was in my hands. Very happy with the communication and and the product!!!! Great service!!!

Placed order on Dec 17th Still nothing
Placed order on Dec 17th and according to the two different tracking numbers that they gave me via email it still hasn't left the US and no idea what kind of delivery date I can expect. Emailed them and they are useless about information or help tracking it. I believe they answer with a bot. nearly 30 days and still my item hasn't been delivered. I will never use them again. They are even worse than Amazon

A month now and no resolution. My package still not delivered. They actually emailed me and offered me a refund of shipping cost if i removed my 1 star review.
Acordung to tracking it hasn't moved since the 7th of January.
Update Jan. 22nd.... Still no package, no contact for several days now. And an apology via trustpilot doesn't help when you have basically stolen my money for a package ordered over a month ago and no resolution Yet.
Do not order from this place. They steal your money cant keep track of the packages and dont offer any viable solution.
Update 1/27/26
So Monsterry finaly admited the package was lost and offered me a full refund or another T shirt and a percentage off my next order. I told them Expedite another shirt and reimburse me anyway. Not only will they Not reimburse me for the shirt but they wont even reimburse me for the shipping. And they had the odasity to offer me more of a percentage off my next order. Now why in the world would I ever order from them again? Seriously. Oh and they have not provided me with tracking info. Just an email saying ot will arrive in February. 2 months after the original order.
UPDATE - February 9th
They finally admitted they lost it. They reordered with a delivery date of February 9th. It's the 9th and tracking shows it's still in transit. Seriously! They can't honor anything they say.
