Got what I wanted
Sometimes you buy something online and when it arrives its not what you thought. The product was exactly what I wanted. The ordering process was flawless and I wasn't bombarded with adds and such. It came in a weeks times and I am wearing it now. The fact it spoke to me culturally was a big deal. I am Sicilian and did not find anything remotely close to what I bought from Monsterry. Definitely looking to buy more products from them.

It offered what we wanted. It offered numerous options for colors and sizes. And while the price was a bit more than I wanted to pay after factoring in shipping, the price was competitive and fair, especially given the discount offered.
I would have preferred having been able to pay via PayPal, but I guess you can't have everything. Overall--very satisfied.

Ordered a jacket from these guys
Ordered a jacket from these guys. Said it was a corduroy camo jacket. Took about 3 weeks to get it. Upon arrival, it's not corduroy at all. It just has some wines in the nylon or polyester. Very misleading. Material was paper thin. By the time you send it back to him, you've lost money.

Really impressed with Monsterry.com. I recently ordered an item as a gift and arranged for it to be sent directly to the recipient. It was being posted US to UK. Unfortunately, after no attempt to deliver, I found from checking the tracking that the parcel was being "returned to sender" - as far as I could tell the issue seemed to be the fault of the courier (Evri) and not the sender.
I immediately contacted Monsterry.com customer service in an attempt to redirect the parcel before it left the country and they could not have been more helpful. Email replies were prompt, friendly and efficient.
They arranged for a replacement item to be despatched from US and it arrived in good time, with no problems.
I'm really grateful for the great customer service. I find it is becoming more and more rare nowadays to get top quality, fast (and human) customer service in the event of a problem - and Monsterry.com passed with flying colours in this regard.
And my friend loved her present... 😊💜
