I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied immediately and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back at my expense and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. It does not state this in the returns policy. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Never again.
Update!!!
Notice the reply accepts my frustration & the unclear returns information. However, it’s just words. They have not offered to exchange the shirt or reach an acceptable resolution. They are an awful company, do not spend your money with them. There are lots of reputable companies out there. These people are not one of them.

Good quality and quick shipping
Good quality and quick shipping. Better than I expected.
I purchased a new coffee mug for my new office. A little sumthin-sumthin to broadcast “I’m here to work, but I also got a little under-the-good funkiness, too.”
The clear choice was the traditional go-to “Samurai cat drinking a beer and riding a T-Rex in front of an erupting volcano.
Classic Power Move. If you know, you know.
Now, there is no Power Move without quality, obviously. You can’t pull of the emotional “feet-on-your-boss’-desk” vibe with some crappy, low-res, over dramatic, comedy gold. If it looks like a screenshot, you get screenshot street cred. No good. Might as well just stick to the paper coffee cups that the temps use. I think Dale Carnegie said that.
I’m pretty sure that ol’ Socrates rascal had a very similar mug on his desk. If it’s good enough for one of the fathers of modern thought, it’s plenty good for me.
TL;DR: get quality coffee mug of dominance and watch the promotions come to you.

DO NOT shop here! It’s a fraud!!!!! I have been trying to return a shirt and get a refund because the sleeves are two different lengths. I keep getting the same automated email everytime I email them and nobody answers the phone ever and they do not return your phone calls…. Please shop elsewhere

Size of the shirt that was ordered was larger than normal sizing, the extra large was as large as a tent.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer support and asked if they could change it to the correct size and they did. So they provided great and fast customer service. But in addition, the quality of the shirt is very high. This shirt is higher quality that most tshirts, and for a very reasonable price. You can't beat high quality products, reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

Bad Service, but Good Product Quality
My browser put in the wrong City for the delivery address, and I didn't catch it before placing the order. A week and half goes by with me wondering if they are doing anything? They respond with "Your address didn't match USPS, so we didn't do anything." That's bad customer service. Implement a tool that matches the address with USPS, many websites use this. Reach out directly via automated message if there is a problem, don't wait for the customer to ask a week and a half later. Gave 4 stars because the product itself is of solid quality. Service was just poor.
