This product was purchased on December 12th with next-day delivery. Today is December 23rd and the shipment has not arrived. Contact with the seller is difficult. I am reporting this matter to law enforcement as fraud.

Monstershop ? More like All Over the Shop

So we made our order - ordered a campervan pod , overhead storage unit and a roll of carpet for our campervan interior.

What we got :

Camperpod - We received half the order , was ment to be two boxes.
We followed up on it and eventually the second box arrived. To be fair the customer service was good after follow up, but product delivery is carnage. The countertop was broken in the second box. There's a weak spot in it.

Overhead storage - good unit and easy to assemble. Good Value here.

Roll of Carpet - Can't comment on this as we recieved two boxes of carpet tiles, have since been returned but havnt heard anything in regard to a refund.

We wanted to get alot done over the holodays but all we have is the storgae unit and a broken kitchen pod.
Whatever is going on with their logistics on the ground needs to be sorted, but not a the price of customers receiving damaged items or the wrong items.

Come on guys - get it together.

Updated - Refund received and kitchen pod replaced. Thanks

I ordered a Mtec petrol Auger , which was delivered inside the times quoted, the boys started using it the next day on quite a rooty job but it performed really well , hopefully it will continue to work well.

DO NOT BUY THE KUKOO ICE MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY

As a business owner myself, I very rarely take the time to leave negative reviews, but the way I've been treated by this company is a joke. I purchased a cukoo commercial ice maker from this company for my bar which heavily relies on ice for cocktails. 3 months in and the machine breaks. I chase them with email after email and multiple phonecalls. Two days later I get a response asking for a video of the fault. I send it, and ring for confirmation of receipt. I then get the same automated message asking for a video two days later. I send it again. After a week Im advised a part is faulty, and I can try and fix it myself of PAY to send them the machine back for them to look at it. A refund is refused. They send the part out, which I replace myself (thanks chatgpt), and the fault persists. They refuse to offer a refund and insist that in order for them to help further I need to repackage the machine, at personal cost, and then pay for delivery to the other side of the country. An absolute joke. I am losing custom as my evening business revolves around iced cocktails and I have to pay to even recieve furthef help. BUY YOUR MACHINERY ELSEWHERE. If it breaks, its on you to fix it or pay for it to be sent for repair. Disgusting customer service.

Zero customer satisfaction poor service

Posting due to being utterly disgusted and disappointed by this company. I used the range to buy an electric fire but it actually came form monster group. It arrived damaged. I contacted them to be back and forth via email baring in mind its winter and I needed the fire. They arranged a collection and sent a replacement. Which also arrived DAMAGED but worse than the first one the cable was completely cut so the fire would not turn on. the box was also wet through. At this point it’s been several days we have young children and just wanted to be able to heat up our house. They are the most unhelpful company I’ve ever come across. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction I ended up paying £75 to get the broken cable fixed on the fire that they sent damaged because I couldn’t keep waiting and risk the next one arriving damaged and they haven’t even offered to reinburse me. So not only did I pay £250 for the fire I’m now £75 down as I had to get it fixed. Not even partial refund! I have never come across a company who wants a damaged item back most tell you to throw them in the bin or they will refund you.

Tempi di spedizione non rispettati

Effettuo un ordine direttamente tramite il loro sito con consegna entro 5 giorni. Dopo 3 giorni si scusano ma il prodotto è in riassortimento, passeranno 2/3 settimane per la spedizione e non potendo attendere chiedo di annullarlo e il rimborso.
Successivamente trovo in un sito di un’altro rivenditore lo stesso prodotto venduto da loro con consegna espressa. Rifaccio l’ordine e, come precedentemente, dopo 3 giorni si scusano per un ritardo imprevisto e che per la spedizione passeranno altri 8 giorni. A questo punto sono costretto a confermare l’ordine perché ho perso troppo tempo. Poco affidabili.

Disappointed

First delivery was meant to be delivered next day and wasn’t. I was willing to forget this as things sometimes go wrong but they have now raised a second order that has not arrived. Again this was meant to be on a next day. Seems to be a very poorly operated company with no concern for there customers.

Faulty Product & Consumer Rights Act 2015 Claim - Order 11-12557-32537

Grease Trap Leaking from Seams within 10 Months of purchase.
I purchased a commercial grease trap in Jan 2025 (Order: 11-12557-32537) which has developed a significant leak from the unit's body/seams. This is a structural failure of the stainless steel unit itself, not an installation issue.

The Evidence:
I have conducted a full inspection which confirms that all inlet/outlet connections and seals are completely dry. The leak is originating directly from the manufacturing welds/casing of the unit. I have photographic and video evidence proving the installation is sound and the fault lies entirely with the product's manufacturing quality.

My Legal Position:
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of "satisfactory quality" and "fit for purpose" for a reasonable period. A stainless steel commercial unit failing in less than a year is a breach of these statutory rights.

I have contacted your support team directly via email and eBay with this evidence. I am posting this here to ensure my statutory claim is acknowledged and not dismissed with generic "out of warranty" responses, as your website's 12-month warranty terms appear to exclude non-electrical items. UK Statutory Law overrides store policy.

Required Resolution:
I expect a replacement unit or a repair to be arranged immediately in accordance with my legal rights. I will happily update this review to 5 stars once this is resolved professionally.

Ho recentemente fatto un acquisto di un…

Ho recentemente fatto un acquisto di un loro prodotto tramite leroy merlin. Il pacco non so per quale motivo è stato diviso in 2 colli. 1 dei due è arrivato a destinazione. L’altro ancora no. Servizio clienti pessimo: ho mandato mail e ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con loro anche tramite leroy merlin e 0 risposte, numeri di telefono italiani a cui contattare non ve ne sono. Non ricevo risposte dal corriere a cui hanno affidato la spedizione. Non capisco perché due colli diversi (io ho pagato tutto insieme non a metà 😂) … sarebbero dovuti arrivare lo stesso giorno e così non è stato.. ad oggi ancora non so se questo secondo paco c’è, dov’è e se arriverà mai. Al momento esperienza negativissima, spero di ricredermi.
