We were initially contacted by B&Q on 19/03 advising that you had requested to cancel the order. We responded the same day to confirm the order had already been dispatched, and requested that DHL return it to us. When you later advised that you no longer wished to cancel, we then had to contact the courier again to stop the return and arrange delivery as originally planned.

We understand that this did lead to a delay in delivery and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I did order an extendable radiator…

I did order an extendable radiator cover,but very disappointed with the products Unfinished painting,scratches on every single part and the funniest thing is when you try to call them ,you cannot reach anyone.I want to return the product but it is very hard to get a return label from them.Still waiting to be called back.Such a shame.Avoid this company.
I wish I could add some pictures with the product that I have got.

How easy it was to order

How easy it was to order, the price was well below what I had been looking at and because I got several items was cheaper again.

Received item damaged and they made me wait in on 3 different days for collection that I was told was arranged but wasn’t. The customer care was awful and would not send a replacement until they got the damaged one back which was way too long.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - purchased a T-Mech oven for £3,000. Described as NEW BUT CLEARLY A POORLY PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED ITEM. monster offered £600 discount for me to keep but not fit for purpose & dangerous as door fell open at 200 degrees! Quality of product regardless of damage was shocking, porous welds, bowed door not even touching door seal. Clumps of filler & grit filled paint all over. Absolute disgrace - customer service response was simply to offer a full refund with no interest in my wasted time or the fact that they clearly have ZERO QUALITY CONTROL. This company is selling cheap rubbish not fit for purpose, not as described & not of merchantable quality!! A total disgrace, please don’t waste your time or money

Great Service very poor item

Service, Great service and fast delivery.

Product, Honestly I'm really disappointed with the tile cutter. Came damaged but this wasn't going to effect the operating of the cutter. Laser is 10mm out of line so this is pointless. the cutter it self cuts a straight line until you plunge the blade down into the tile and it kicks the full motor off and doesn't make a straight cut, the track that holds the cable and the water pipe has already broken after one use of the cutter. Sorry i won't recommend this saw.

The item was listed for a considerable amount of time. 100 other people purchased. CEO Blocked me after sending a childish insulting response, knowing she is in the wrong, the staff also refused to acknowledge they were acting unlawfully. The response from Monster below is a joke haha

The order referenced in your review was placed during a short period when a genuine technical pricing error caused the item to appear on a third party seller’s website at approximately 96% below its normal price.

Once the error was identified, all affected orders were cancelled and full refunds were issued promptly before any goods were dispatched.
In your case, the refund was processed within approximately one hour of the payment being taken and no payment was retained by us. A full refund was issued immediately.

We understand that you requested the item to be dispatched regardless. However, as previously explained, this was unfortunately not possible. Fulfilling the order at that price would have had a significant impact and would also have been unfair to other customers who accepted that a genuine pricing error had occurred. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer the item to you at cost price.

Regarding your comment that the CEO blocked you, when individuals repeatedly contact us across multiple public platforms regarding the same issue, it is sometimes necessary to restrict communication in order to protect our colleagues from ongoing harassment.

We hope this clarifies the situation and addresses your concerns. Once again, we apologise that this pricing error occurred, but it was identified and corrected immediately and a full refund was issued.

Top quality & best price

Having reviewed various parcel boxes online for a couple of months and constantly put off by the price and average reviews, I stumbled across Monster. The price made me a bit wary that it would be Temu type, but the reviews and total package weight gave me confidence (23kg). 3 days later it arrived and very well packed. Instructions clear and took me 90 minutes to assemble in garage and another hour to level & full outside. Great build quality and very pleased.
