Another broken oven door they are refusing to accept fault for- first use, not even switched on and the outer door glass disintegrated as I opened it with the frame falling apart into 3 pieces. Between Currys and these cowboys not sure who's the worst charlatans!! Product is all style and no substance- good luck with a 2 year warranty.. not worth the papers its printed on.

We had a problem with cover on door handle but has been sorted now and all is well

Do not buy their Heat Pump Tumble Dryer! Advertised as reverse action, but it only reverses for 5 seconds every 10 minutes! Montpellier and Currys wont exchange as it does 'reverse' and as designed. It screws your clothes and bed lining into knots! Total rubbish and no help at all when you have an issue.

Bought a washing machine not even 3 years old broke to bits . Two year warranty only

A slight scratch on the new freezer door and compensation been offered.

I really like the little fridge, but there are already some issues. First of all, it is really noisy, a high pitched tone, secondly, there is a lot of moisture in the fridge and also ice builds up on the back.
Worst of all the two stickers on the front door were so hard to remove that I have not managed to get it totally off, it looks horrible with brown residue on it! How can you use such stickers??? I have a new Bosch washing machine, where the stickers came off beautifully. So all in all disappointed

Please stay away from Montpellier fridge freezers.
My ice dispenser broke down soon after purchase. The engineer came out 4 times. Every time the part would be replaced and last for around 4 months.
I just called Montpellier to report the problem again and they said the engineer won’t come out as your appliance is out of guarantee. I was told by the engineer last time that I was entiled to the appliance be replaced, but it was too much hassle. I really thought that given the defect Tracy record they would fix it again but no luck.
Very bad quality product. Please stay away from this company as even the engineer said their appliances break down all the time.

I was disappointed at the size of the freezer compartment ,if I d have been told it was because it s frost free I would have chosen one with more freezer space

I have Montpellier fridge with internal ice box what I want to find out is when should the red snowman light be on? I don’t have a warranty number and It maybe that they have stopped producing the tall retro fridge with internal 3 star ice box? Its the only one with a red button and a snowman symbol…

The prompt service and delivery was very good. The appliance fits in perfectly and is easy/straightforward to use. Seems quite solid. I didn’t realise how bad my old cooker was until I started using this new one.

I found the cooker to be well made and reasonable priced.

Reported an awful smell coming from my fridge. After cleaning the fridge I found the smell coming from the drip tray at the rear of the appliance. The advice given by montpellier was to clean the tray. Seems a logical thing to do if you could access /remove the tray to clean, you cannot do this. The fridge is still under warranty but the service engineers refused to attend as the fridge wasn't broken. The smell is getting unbearable. I've always managed to get through to customer services and they have been very polite but nothing is being done. Absolute shambles,,no thought whatsoever in the design or functionality of the product.

Spent a little extra to have 2 man delivery worth every penny done every thing they said they were going to do which is quite rare these days

I bought montpellier fridge freezer in March it iced at the back first week!then last Friday it stopped working overnight I had water all over my kitchen floor also food I had to bin.I contacted the company we still waiting for the person to repair it so I have no fridge freezer and food I had to throw away at the cost of £299.99 its disgusting I'm furious!!

Lovely tumble dryer. Just what l was looking for. It holds quite a lot. I got 2 bath sheets & 1 smaller towel in . I need it to refresh my towels when they go hard after drying outside. The 10 min drying time is ideal for this.
We’ve put the dryer onto a board with wheels for easy moving. 2 years warranty when done online. Delivered 2 days early which was exceptional.
