Do NOT under any circumstances buy anything from this SCAM company.

I attempted to return my brand new, unused, unworn, goods the day I received them and they kept stalling & stalling for weeks on end. They will not issue you either any return instructions or a refund so don't buy anything from them as you will lose your money.

Search the web and they have no company director listing anywhere which is obviously deliberate, a fake HQ in Holland, and a UK Support number that is a Mobile number that just goes to voicemail and no one calls you back. Steer well clear of this fake company.

WOW! Lost for words. Website shows a clean trustworthy well laid out, genuine site. The experience was anything but. As soon as I placed the order, I knew I had been scammed. After chasing the contact email, they compiled a very amateur order confirmation. The item then arrived 3 weeks later from China and the quality of the loafers was worse than you could find in a £ shop. Lesson learned… read up on the company before placing orders!

Absolute scam company, DO NOT BUY from this place been 2 months no order received no refund. How they are still operating is beyond me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

Worst company ever - do not use!

They are a scam. They have a nice, AI-pictured website. In reality, all products are dropshipped from China, and the quality is awful.

The product took over a month to arrive, too late for my wedding. They do not offer a return, and you have to cover the cost of return (to f****** CHINA).

Customer service was awful, dont ever have a valid phone line, and via email they just don't respond and say your request is being processed and reviewed.

I would imagine the company is set up by two idiots who drop ship and scam people.

Terrible company sent the wrong colour pink i ordered grey they said it's the light I know the difference between pink and grey they just won't admit there mistake does not buy from this company

Online uk order. Taken over 2 weeks to arrive and tracking information is terrible.contacted customer services, they did reply after a couple of days but info provided is no better than the tracking link with order.

Absolutely shocking, shipping and delivery leads times misleading. I made a 2 item order, 10 working days later still no sign of one of the items even being shipped, the other turned up and was not the item ordered and different to what was advertised, quality of this item was cheap and poor , meant to be linen style but instead nasty stiff cotton. Now await the drawn out refund and cancellation process. Update second item arrived without any dispatch information however item was again incorrect and not as advertised. Clearly advertising products of a premium nature but sending out fake cheap imitations instead that are nothing like what is advertised.

This company appears to operate as a dropshipping website without being transparent about where the product is actually coming from. The product was advertised in a way that gave a completely different impression from the reality.
Only after waiting around 16 days and chasing the order did it become clear that the item was likely being shipped from China, with delivery times far longer than what was presented at the point of sale. In my experience, the delivery information was misleading, the product quality was poor, and the lack of clear communication was unacceptable.
Customers should be told clearly before payment where the item is being shipped from, realistic delivery times, and what they are actually buying. This kind of misleading online selling should be reported to Trading Standards, Google, and any advertising platform used to promote the website.
