From an initial query, through to ordering and being kept informed of delivery, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Morgan & Quinn and will be using them again. They were were cost effective, quick to respond and an incredibly helpful company to deal with. Thank you!

Morgan and Quinn Flooring Services offered the best service to meet our requirements for flooring for our kitchen.. this was helped by a user-friendly website.

We tried a number of sources online, and Morgan and Quin was offering the best quality service.

Our project manager was in touch with the company on several occasions, and every time found the staff to be responsive and helpful to our various queries.

One of our pressures was to get an early delivery of the flooring we wished to fit in with other parts of our kitchen refurbishment. Morgan and Quinn were able to meet this and kept us up to speed with progress. Their delivery schedules looked good, not least given we were up in Scotland.

The notification for the delivery was very good and helpful. We knew exactly what was happening. The onlynslight quibble is that it was not possible to confirm, having placed the order, that everything was going t forward as promised until the day before the flooring was down to be delivered. Instead, we had to phone just to get reassurance that everything was on course.

Morgan and Quinn also offered a competitiveprice.

I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them. They seem to know what they were about on easy to deal with.

The carpet we bought from Morgan & Quinn was not fit for purpose - it’s shedding a tremendous amount almost 4 months on despite vacuuming daily (sometimes 2-3 times over). The fluff gets all over our clothes, on our furniture and even in our food and drink. We explained this to them and the fact that we have a 19-month old infant and even sent photos showing the fluff all over his milk bottle and pacifier but they were unempathetic, rigidly refusing to provide a refund or replacement. We are now having to raise a chargeback claim via our bank after being given misleading information from Morgan & Quinn about our consumer rights in an attempt to stop us doing this. Just thought it’s worth warning everyone that this company is not quite as customer-friendly as some other reviews suggest and that if you raise an issue you shouldn’t believe what they tell you about your rights if the product’s performance/quality is not adequate. Check the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (available online) and submit a chargeback claim via your bank.

Excellent communication offering me advice on lead times and potential delivery dates. Our carpets arrived exactly on the day agreed and my wife who took delivery said at 4.5Metres wide they positioned in most convenient part of the hallway.
Price extremely competitive and great choice of colours in the Brintons line.
Would absolutely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I ordered carpet from this company as they were able to supply the carpet i wanted in 5mtr wide. The carpet was scheduled for delivery yesterday but had to be returned due to the company only using 1 man delivery. I hasten to add the carpet was 5mtr wide and 37 sq metres.!! Against health and safety regulations alone!!. Apparently they only deliver to a garage or kerb side which apparently is in the terms and conditions which I definitely did not see(apparently comes up when you pay!) I am in my late 60.s and my partner late 70.s. how would we have been able to get it into the house!! I am now going to be out of pocket!! This is ridiculous as carpet is for the house not the garage!!

The thought of venturing into buying my carpet online was somewhat daunting. However, this was alleviated through using Morgan & Quinn’s accessible website which made it easy to select my carpet and calculate for fitting my apartment throughout.
Mel, in customer service provided some helpful advice and reassurance about the ordering process.
Unfortunately, when the carpet arrived I had to deal with an incompetent delivery driver. However, Mel was superb and straight on the case, helping to resolve the issue. Once unloaded, my confidence was increased seeing that all the rolls were clearly labelled with good protective packaging and the fitter confirmed that they were all accurately cut to my measurements.
I’m thrilled with the outcome now that the carpet is fitted, with the additional satisfaction that I saved over £20 a metre buying from Morgan & Quinn to what I would have paid on the high street. Thanks.

Morgan & Quinn did a fantastic job getting us a mammoth 7m x 5m carpet delivered in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. This company offered great prices for lovely carpets. The service was excellent, from placing order to arranging delivery and the delivery arriving on time and with courteous delivery men/man (I can't quite remember how many!). Would definitely recommend. And my carpets look wonderful!
