This product is junk - does not work & it's impossible to get a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Like everyone else, I tried to return 2 x RadarShield detectors that I had been enticed to buy. Unless I returned them to China (in spite of them being delivered from a UK adderss), I would only get a 10% refund. After many emails of haggling (with their AI generated guff), this was increased to 30%. Interestingly, the payment refunded to my card came from the Netherlands, from an apparent domestic address (looking at Google maps).

Absolutly disgraceful company; the product is *&%£$ useless; it does not pick up UK police or roadside detectors; it squawks like a demented duck at traffic lights and pedestrian crossings and chirps in unintelligible Chinese.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD ANYONE BUY THIS PRODUCT; AVOID THIS COMOANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

purchased radar alert took ages to arrive could not understand chinese voice all it kept doing was saying please slow down and making a terrible bleeping n oise it would tell me this even when waiting at traffic lights was very distracting. Asked for money back under "60 day money back guarantee" Heard nothing since

radar detectors Do not work poor quality no more then a scam with the adverts they sell them from.
It would cost more to send them back to china so they have to be thrown away

This company sends out goods that do not work, excpect you to pay postage back to them. This is a non professional company and no one should trade with them

Do not buy from this company they are con artists I bought a radar detector off them does not work in this country they tell you then it’s not for speed cameras or traffic light cameras when you get in touch they offer you a refund if you pay the postage to china the chance of ever getting a refund is probably minimal don’t trust these con artist companies

I bought one Radar Shield that’s not working in UK not identified fix cameras or mobile cam only identified traffic light lolll this company is a cheat company waste of money 0 stars this company most banned of market

Started off okay, ordering and delivery. Was bombarded with messages post order, (reason for 1 star). However,
since receiving item, I have sent messages requesting refund, and have had no replies whatsoever. Tried to post review via their website but was instructed to upload another app which I gave up with after a while.
Definitely won't use again.

How I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company! My experience has been exactly the same as the others on this page, poor quality radar detectors that dont work and no meaningful response when you complain. I have now written off the £43.90 that I paid them, Dont Buy From Them, You Have Been Warned!

Do NOT use this company. Advertised product (radar detector ) was advertised as a product that would warn drivers of all speed cameras etc. It did not work,. They boldly advertise 30 day no questions asked money refund. The truth is you have to pay return postage (tracked) to China. No guarantee whether if received in China that you will be refund total cost of product and postage cost. When I complained I was offered a refund of 20% as a "goodwill gesture". So I am stuck with a useless product and about £27 out of pocket.

Company's refund policy is a sham and breaks the law!

Bought radar from them total rubbish contacted them to ask for no quibble refund said I had to ship item to china at my own expense then offered me 20% refund and keep product don’t buy from this company they say based in England but are not total scam for cheap rubbish made in china and totally useless

after ordering a 1x radar speed camera [£29.95] I was sent 3 at a costs of £80.87,so if I was to return 2 I was going to be charged £26 postage ,so I was offered £10,18 and to keep the 2 cameras.So it would have been send back 2 cameras [ £50.92 ]refund less £26 postage, or keep cameras and accept a £10.18 refund leaves me £14.74 out of pocket and 2x cameras.So the 3rd camera all its done up to now is to make a lot of noise at traffic lights , you cant understand what it is saying so the 3 Chinese cameras are junk as to what we experienced and this company is good at fobbing you of.so I have 3x Crap speed detectors ,cant sell the shit ive been lumbered with,

I purchaseda pair of radar sniffers from this company, took ages to get them, when plugged in to the car , they didnt work as job is to indentation of speed csmera using Radar, they didnt, sering up was very poor, silly Chinese voice, giving instructions, unable to speck clear english, very quiet, if you turned it up, couldnt understsnd. Contscted morgan wellness, full of bull s , csnt get a refund. Never deal with this outfit. Gives buying online a bad name

Zero if possible. They are total crooks. Take your money . Supply defective goods and come up either every avoidance tactic for refund.
DO NOT have anything to do with them.

Product took ages to arrive, never worked at all and Morgans-Wellness refused to refund and insisted on shipping back to CHINA. Now, they keep telling me product is in transit so cannot do anything - just take your money and never deal with issues. Do not trust this busisness.

I ordered Radar Shield and paid via credit card of which I’m very thankful!, I waited weeks and weeks for the delivery of it but it didn’t arrive, I was so fed up I got in touch with my credit card company and asked for a charge back for the £33.90 they contacted Morgans Wellness and I managed to get a refund from the company of £29 not the £33.90 but at least I got a refund.
You have to contact your credit card company and do the same as I did.
This company is a scam company and I bet they make millions out of vulnerable people!…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!🤬

Ordered 2 radar detectors. One was smashed on arrival & the other is so high pitch so you can't understand what is said & only goes off at every traffic light. Totally useless &a scam.

I bought 2 so called Radar Detectors , the box they arrived in served more purpose . These Detectors were totally useless I feel the Company are being everything but truthful about this product . I complained about the product as many other customers have and I was first offered 20% refund going up to 30% when I refused or send back at my expense to China for inspection to possible get a full refund 😂 . STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
